I asked Ilir to come install a new chandelier and a ring door bell. He was very communicative, punctual, professional, and went above and beyond in problem-solving when a few small issues came up. He will be my go-to electrician going forward!

I hate leaving bad reviews but unfortunately have to do so for this company. Jacob came out to look at a job I had on 4/5/19 and told me he would email quote on the 8th. I never heard from him so text him on the 9th. A whole week and weekend went by and nothing. Finally I texted him again on the 15th and I was told it was a software error and would be sending me a quote by text that afternoon. I understand technology so was happy to believe the story and receive the quote. That was on the 15th, I then receive a text at 7pm on the 17th asking if he had the correct info about the job. I'm not sure if this company has to many gigs or if my job was to small to take on but waiting 2 weeks for a quote I was supposed to receive in 2 days after he looked at the job in my mind is just bad business and customer service. I am and have been a small business owner for many years and understand being stretched thin but that's not an excuse for poor communication and to leave a customer hanging.

I have contact this person. He responded to me and has not kept any obligation of the time that he's going to do the work. Respond to me that he would be here today at 3:00 it's 4:17. Poor service for obligation and poor business good luck in your business and your future you have a good. You should have called me text me and respond if you're not able to make it I could have got somebody else.
