I've used Zip's for remodeling jobs and new construction.  Prices are fair, work is excellent.  Wayne (and his employees)  are very knowledgeable and show up when scheduled. They clean up after themselves leaving a clean work area.

We had an issue with our downstairs unit changing from cool to heat without any explanation. Keep in mind it's the middle of the summer and the temperatures outside are 80°+. Beasley's received a call from our rental company and was at our home within an hour. It was around 5 pm when they came out which is normally after hours so I was impressed that they responded so quickly. He came out and immediately recognized that our compressor had gone out on not only our downstairs unit but also our upstairs unit as well in which he replaced both. He also replaced our Hunter brand programmable thermostat which had been giving us a few problems. If anyone has any ac needs, I'd definitely recommend this company. They're quick and very professional. It took him less than an hour to diagnose and fix all of these issues.

NEI has helped me with serveral appliance repairs and HVAC work.  Dee has been at my house well after dark and a couple of occasions working hard so that my family would be comfortable.  Can't say enough good things about this company.  Good work, fair prices.

Went to buy some black gas pipe at the Nashville store. One salesman at the counter told me after reading the exact parts back to me from his computer screen that it was $768, I told him that was not right. He looked again and told me that he double charged for some pipes and changed the price to $528. I told him that it was still way to high and left. Lowe's charged me for the same parts $244. Needless to say that i am not going back there again. It's just not right.
