I wanted my kitchen lighting to be sleek and have full dimmable led lighting control that would allow me to set the mood and let my Victorian house's kitchen shine.  I went into M&M Lighting where Mark was extremely helpful in explaining the types of warm lighting that would work for my new kitchen cabinets.  We worked together to understand my specific needs, tabulated the amperage I would need, ordered the components, and received the supplies a few days later.  With some instruction from Mark I was able to put together all the lighting channels myself to save on costs and then called the M&M team members to hookup my drivers and fix the few sections that I was struggling with.  I absolutely love the end result that is making my kitchen feel complete (once the tile backsplash goes in).

I would HIGHLY recommend KS Electric. We bought our home in Brentwood just a year ago. While the electrical passed inspection, we later found numerous issues issues left by the previous owners who had some handy man do their electrical. We had three way switches not working, lights flickering, unsafe wiring outside. After our dimmer went out in the kitchen I needed someone fast. KS Electric was prompt to communicate and provided a very competitive bid. He came out the same day and completed the work. He even fixed some additional items that were found once we opened up the outlets. He communicated at each step of the way and held the pricing to our original bid even though he did more than what was quoted. He was extremely reasonable and I will he using him for some additional. It's not often I say it was a pleasure when working with tradesman but I can't say enough good things about the experience. My wife is happy to have lighting again.

I had these guys put in a L6-30R outlet so I could connect my Electric car charger as well as install and wire a new ceiling fan on an outdoor deck. The deck had no previous wiring or switches and they were able to wire it up and add a switch next to an existing light switch in the kitchen. Looks like it was there all along! They came out the day after I called, gave a me a reasonable quote I thought and were out the very next day to do the install. Everything looks and works great. Very nice and helpful guys. Highly recommended.

Jacob was fantastic! Initially I hired him to fix a blown circuit. He came out on time and worked quickly and cleanly. The crew was polite and did great work. I hired him again shortly after to remove old track lighting and replace with new can lights, and he did not disappoint. Again, he and his crew were 100% on the job. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
