The customer service is fantastic and their technicians have never been anything less than AWESOME!
They give you a head's up when they're on the way and arrive when they are supposed to. They explain everything and always answer my questions!!!

Never called after providing contact number.

We are a long term customer of Lee Company.
We have spent thousands of dollars with them. New AC unit, water pump, service fees, etc.
We recently called them because we are interested in connecting our emergency generator to the house.
To come and give us an estimate they charge us a $75 dispatch fee
When I tell them I don't think I should pay that for them giving me an estimate, they say that for small jobs this is the policy. That if a project manager had come we would not have to pay that fee. The thing is that they are the ones who decide who to send.
On top of all that,  it turned out this is a 4K job and a project manager has to come and give the exact estimate. When I say, so now that this is a big job with a project manager, can you please wave the dispatch fee. They say they can't do that
This is a racket.
