Very prompt service. James was worried I might have a hot wire and came first thing the next morning to check the wiring. He repaired some wiring problems, hung a ceiling light fixture, fixed one fan, and let me know another one needs to be replaced. I will definitely call him when I need my new fan installed. Very reasonable price.

Jared, the owner, was very quick to respond to our request on Yelp and took the time to review the pictures of the work and ask questions prior to submitting an estimate. He and his co-worker, Alexis, replaced six outdoor sconces that were a bit trickier given that the lights we replaced them with did not fit in the openings where the old bulky ones had been placed. Jared took the time to explain what he would do to make them sit properly against the bricks, and he and Alexis did an amazing job. They are both meticulous in their work, professional, and very respectful, hard working people. We asked for their business card, as we intend to let our friends and neighbors know who to call when they need an electrician. We highly recommend Pioneer Electric.

Disciple Electric has completed 2 important jobs for us now - We added a large voltage hot tub and now a home pool that needed its own electrical outlet.  Extremely thorough, making sure we knew the process with quote beforehand, noting things during, and walking through the work completed after. Things are done properly, safely and professionally. Disciple Electric takes care of setting up codes inspections, etc. All inclusive. Our home looks great and, most importantly, the hot tub and pool area are safe. Having a child, safety is our #1 concern. We will use Disciple Electric again for any future electric needs. HIGHLY recommend.

I was referred to Brad by a co-worker. I now owe my co-worker some drinks. Brad came to the house the day after i called him. I needed help running wires, adding plugs, and setting up a surveillance system in a house i had just purchased. During the walk through, he told me exactly what he was going to charge for each service. I also had a project i needed immediate help with. Brad stayed for a half an hour or more to fix my problem. After he left, I tried adding up the charges he talked about. The price seemed way too low so i prepared myself for the invoice to be at least $500 to $1000 more. His quote was exactly what he stated. He didn't even charge me for the 30min+ he spent at the house on the first day. On top of great pricing and quick service he did a fantastic job with everything. I couldn't be happier. Don't bother getting quotes from multiple electricians. This is the guy you need.

Our garden lights had been out for quite a while.  We had tried to replace the bulbs and were convinced that the fixtures would need to be replaced.  The guys repaired one fixture and replaced the other bulbs.  Done in less than an hour.  They were very careful to avoid stepping on our plants.  Awesome.  will definitely call them again.

I had a electrical problem with a short circuit somewhere in the house and the kids bedrooms lost all power. I called the team at Higher Electric and they arrived right one time and took care of my problems in no time. We called Kimbro Air on Memorial Day and they were out and fixed our HVAC. The bill was very reasonable and the tech was excellent! Great job!

Not pleased with unresolved plumbing issue.  Paid for service but problem still exists.  Did nothing more than run an auger down pipe and then swipe credit card.  Gotta say I'm unimpressed., can't recommend Lee Company to anyone and will need to find a real plumber.

You can't base a company due to one employee but after spending $26,050.00 with a company for 2 new units for a residential home one would expect to be treated as a valued customer .  First of all we did receive 3 bids from reputable companies and out of those the salesman/ project manager that we liked the least was the one with the Lee company .  We went ahead and went with the Lee Company  simply because of the companies reputation .  The units are fine the Installers were great . The issue was the salesman / project manager . As my spouse and I were outside looking at the upstairs unit the senior installer had called the Salesman / project manager and had him on speaker phone . The installer ask where the second crew was because they had scheduled two crews for installation due to having 2 units .  The project manager told the installer to go ahead and set the second unit up because the other crew was behind . The installer told him they could not set it up because the pad had not been delivered , the project manager got irate and said I DONT CARE what you have to do JUST make it work . Once again the installer explained that it would not work !  The project manager repeatedly keep telling him to just make it work .  I dont care who you are that's not what a homeowner wants to hear after spending twenty six thousand dollars with a company . So the saleman / project manager didn't care after the sale he just wanted it done even if it were wrong . So if your in the Sumner County / Hendersonville Tn do yourself a favor and get a different saleman  not Anthony Grayson , or do business with another company .  I did reach out to the company and they issued an apology but somehow we still feel like we were just another number and the job was done .  Wonder how the Governor would like how one of his project managers conducts business with his company .

Lee Company have installed two Rheem units in my home.
The first was three years ago and the last was upstairs one year ago.
Recently sold and discovered the biggest mess under the house with flex duct work that was not installed properly. Some was larger than others and some was not connected.
Lee says it is not their issue. How can a company install a new unit and not check the duct work. Lee charges more than most companies for all jobs.  This problem existed or this inferior work was done by Lee. Mold has formed from this problem and we have had to go on allergy shots over a year ago because of respiratory issues and illness. Thinking all the money paid to Lee had solved these issues. When they were called back to solve this problem the estimate was $2100 to repair.
