A few of them couldn't come until the following week, one came and was super rude, but Manuel was able to arrive in just a few hours to give me an estimate. Because Manuel's prices seemed very fair -- and he was extremely courteous and respectful -- I decided to go with him.

His workers arrived on time on the day that we agreed upon, and got started promptly with their tasks. They covered up every area where they had to drill and were very neat with the layout of their tools and equipment. They made sure to check with me at each stage to confirm what I wanted/needed. And in the end -- they stayed all day -- they swept up all the dust and debris and left my place cleaner than when they had started.
