Richard is a very hard worker and does an excellent job. He changed out 7 ceiling fans and added two recessed lights the very next day after I called him. I highly recommend calling him for your handyman needs.

I was able to get an estimate very quickly, and had an appointment scheduled within a couple of days. Technician was professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up prior to leaving. The work was completed exactly as quoted and matched existing home layout, you could not tell what was original work and what was added. Parts used were quality and price was fair.

William Davis from Ryan Davis Electric came to my house yesterday to install a 50 amp outlet, a 30 amp outlet, move four other outlets up 3 feet in the walls that they were installed in and he also dropped a GFI into my water closet of the master bathroom. Work was done efficiently and professionally, and we are very satisfied. I would highly recommend this group.

Poor customer service. I really wanted to like this company because of all the positive reviews I read. I made an appointment for today at 7:30 AM. I received a text message confirmation, advising someone would be at my residence at 7 AM. At 7:45, no one had arrived yet nor called, so I sent a message to the technician and also called the main office. Did not receive a call back. It's now 8 AM and still no show or phone call. Pretty disappointed.

Alford's is NO longer doing handyman work. He answered promptly & explained he's now doing commercial work only.

Professional, reliable, honest in his quotes and will also recommend other contractors when relevant. The owner, David, shows up clean and put together, and leaves the workspace clean-- also notable is that he speaks in a way I understand what he's doing, and is knowledgeable about electric work and the industry. Great guy all around.

Highly recommend. Never thought I would ever appreciate or love an electrician/electric company. Installers took their time measuring and confirming light placement with me to make sure I was happy and confident in my decision. Showed me the different color light settings to pick a good one. Cleaned up their mess (advised they needed to cover my belongings just in case). And were out of here in record time. Pleasant experience and already have a request for additional work in the future!
