They were able to fit me into the schedule with little notice. The technician was knowledgeable and fixed everything on my old house. Will call them again if anything else breaks.

As the entrance to our neighborhood had its lights malfunctioning, most electricians would not touch the job because they considered commercial.  21 Electric responded right away, and got everything wired in beautifully.

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

Kit is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, hard working and very investor friendly. He has helped us in different situations from getting a house rent-ready to trimming trees and changing lockboxes. We trust him and can highly recombed him for anyone!

I had an absolutely horrible experience with Godby. My experience was so bad that I believe the company is either completely mismanaged or is willfully ripping off customers. Savvy consumers should BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

On August 3rd, 2013 I contacted Godby Heating, Plumbing, Electrical to repair my AC because it was blowing warm air. The technician arrived and quickly told me that I needed to replace the thermostat. That didn't solve the problem, so Godby sent the tech back to our house. The technician arrived and after some time outside claimed to have fixed it. He presented us with the information about the repair and a bill for $500 AFTER he performed the work. He explained that it needed more coolant and so he refilled 3 lbs of coolant. I specifically asked if there was a leak since 3 lbs is a huge amount. He said it was now working fine and we should be good. I was skeptical, but the unit was indeed blowing cold air so I paid the bill. A day later, AC was again blowing warm air. I called and spoke to the manager Kevin. He admitted that there must be a leak and the technician should have performed a full leak check before installing coolant. Godby sent another technician who easily confirmed the coil leak. This repairman stated that the first technician should have performed a full leak test before filling any coolant and apologized for the mistake. The manager, later called to tell me they will install a new coil for an additional $1,852 that will solve the problem. This new cost includes a leak repair and refilling with 3 more lbs of coolant. I complained that Godby should apply the wasted original coolant cost (~$500) to this new total. Godby should have performed a leak test before refilling with coolant and even then should have presented me with options before actually performing the work. As I pressed for a reasonable deal given my previously incurred and wasted coolant expense, Kevin became rude and unreasonable in his interactions with me. I declined further work with Godby and called a competitor that quoted and performed the new work at a regular cost of $1,290.  (This, of course, includes the coil leak repair plus the cost to refill coolant again.)

To make matters worse, Godby re-billed me for the unnecessary work performed on August 4th even thought I paid this total in August and have the receipt and bank withdrawal proof.

Every company makes mistakes, but how these mistakes are handled is what defines a company. Godby does not care about their customers. Godby represents POOR QUALITY, POOR SERVICE, HIGH COSTS, and DOUBLE BILLING.

Save yourself money and a headache -- AVOID GODBY!!

Fast professional service at a fair price. Dennis was excellent at discovering the problem and with repair. Will not hesitate to call in the future and would highly recommend.

This was my experience with this company, I had a light switch go bad and needed it replaced and a light fixture put in Ashpaugh was recommended to me by a family friend called them to come out and look at it, it was $70 just for them to come out and they said "the first 15 minutes to figure out what was wrong" was included in that $70, the electrician came and I told him what was wrong and what needed to be done he then proceeded to tell me it was going to be another $123 for "troubleshooting" (which you would think was part of figuring out what was wrong) even though I told him exactly what happened and what needed to be done, I then asked if he could install the light fixture I had already bought he told me it would be $92 to install the light fixture, the light switch that had gone bad was a dimmer switch and he told me it would be another $85 dollars to install the dimmer switch. So after all was said and done I would've paid $370 plus tax so close to $400 JUST to have a switch replaced and light installed, I paid the electrician for his visit and told him we would be looking elsewhere, I will say the ladies answering the phone at the office we're very nice and so was the electrician who came and I know he doesn't control the costs however this company's prices are absolutely ridiculous.

I have used Efficient Systems three times over the last month due to various needs associated with the sale of my home and the purchase of a new home. They are the most competent and professional HVAC technicians as well as plumbers and electricians I have ever know. It's reassuring to have such a group of service providers available!

We had paid 199.00 fee for one year that will cover tune ups and recently call for a tune up ( flushing) on my water heater. The technician who arrived told me the problem way before I told him about the water heater gave me a quote about $250.00 to flush it because I had some sediment build up, I denied the services for the single fact that is TO EXPENSIVE. I will not recommend Mr. Quick to anyone else, family or friends. Spoke with Nicole about how the service was so expensive and that I wanted a refund and she said that the service call will cost &69.00 and that she can refund the rest. Not fair to me, even though I explained the situation to her. Also the technician spent more time in his van writing the prices than trying to help me.
I AM NOT RECOMMENDING MR. QUICK ANYMORE. SAD

He gave me a bid for new AC and air handler! When he came he cut gas line and just let it go in air! He then installed old equipment! Air handler is 10 years old, A/C is 6! I had different contractor tell me how of everything was! The day I told him not to come back he pulled permit 2 weeks after he started! Lines are two small! Electric is in wrong! Thermostat wired wrong! He bypassed my heat pump so it wouldn't even kick on! This is all supposed to be brand new equipment why is he bypassing!!! Awful experience! I want my money back and he can have his 10 year old equipment back! Everything has to be replaced! I am suing him!
