Jose and Kyle were punctual and very helpful!  For someone who doesn't understand Kelvins and lumens, I appreciated how they let me see the brightness of the light assuring I was happy before they left.  They made sure to consult with me before drilling holes for the canister lighting and cleaned up very well before leaving.  I also appreciated how they answered some questions for some possible future projects.  Highly recommend!

I wish all home projects were as easy as working with 21 Electric. From my initial inquiry to the installation of a new outlet for a garage refrigerator, I was impressed with their responsiveness and knowledge. I had a Groupon for electrical services; so going in the price point was a bargain. In terms of pricing, they use a fixed rate sheet for everything thing they do. I think this decreases the chance for pricing tom foolery.

I have a home that was originally built in 1920. This can make getting repairs or remodeling dicey at best because you don't know what hidden shenanigans you can find hidden behind the plaster. I had a kitchen ceiling fan that was hanging from its wires replaced. When I ordered the service call, the owner made me aware of the potential issues that could elevate the cost. (I loved that.)

A two man team arrived promptly as promised. They were clean, professional and courteous. After explaining both the necessary procedures and giving a quote, they made the necessary repairs and installed the new unit in under 45 minutes. The price came in at the cost of the quote and they worked neatly. There were no surprises.

I hired Joe Schmo to do some electrical work that was part of the home inspection for our new home and they were awesome to work with!   Both Erich and Jeremy took the time to walk me through what was on the inspection reports, they provided their recommendations and they took the time to answer all of my questions.    Their office manager Rachelle, was great to work with as well and was quick to get everything scheduled and did a great job communicating all of the details.

I do not provide a lot of reviews but was super impressed and would absolutely recommend them.

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

I called with a issue with an outside electrical service.  Noah quickly identified the problem and got the issue repaired.  Went above and beyond in making sure everything was working properly after the power was turned back on.  Very clean as well--took his shoes off whenever he entered the house.  Highly recommend!

This is the second time we've hired The Electric Express, and it's safe to say they'll have our business for all our electrical needs. We moved into a new house and needed the dryer outlet replaced ASAP, and they were able to make an appointment a couple days later. They also made time to replace a few light fixtures, and removed the old fixtures at no extra cost. When Jason arrived he also pointed out a few safety concerns we hadn't noticed. These guys really go the extra mile, all for a very reasonable price with awesome customer service.

Very disappointed. I called Godby to find an electrical problem because a neighbor recommended them. We'd had a leak and the plumber (who did a great job) said the cause was an electrical current arcing on the pipes from malfunctioning fixtures. Godby's electrician spent something like four hours examining our electrical service and assured me there was no problem.

A month later, another leak. Plumber (same company but different individual) confirmed the problem was electricity on the pipes. Called Barth Electric; they sent an electrician who found the problem promptly and fixed it. Needless to say, I would NEVER use Godby again. Not only did we throw out the money we paid them, but the subsequent leak that could have been avoided cost nearly 400 to fix--and that's before repairing the hole in the drywall.

We had Ed out today to install a very large light fixture in our two-story great room. He arrived on time, did a good job getting the fixture up and charged the amount of the estimate. Overall we were very satisfied with the work that Ed did and will look to use him again in the future if we have any other electrical needs.

Excellent in every way. From the first call to schedule to the last call to give payment, top notch service. Adam and Megan arrived exactly when they said they would, were pleasant, kind and professional. They installed a small chandelier EXACTLY to my specifications very quickly. Perfect work, I couldn't be happier. I would (and will) recommend Broad Ripple electric to anyone needing electrical work.

Burtner Electric has been my go-to company for our electrical needs since 2004.  Unfortunately, that is no longer true.  I recently had them in for two minor changes, which turned into major efforts. Instead of an hour long job costing a couple hundred dollars, their electrician spent 4.5 hours at my home and left me with drywall damage so excessive I am horrified.  I spoke with the owner about the issue, and she seemed apologetic and assured me they would come up with a "fair" bill.  However, I received a bill for over $700 and the threat of collection if I didn't pay.  Burtner indicated that I had agreed to the drywall damage.  Who would do that?  Wow.  Never again will I use Burtner, and you shouldn't either.

Mister Quick has been outstanding, we've had to call them out on several occasions and they are always prompt and get us up and running quickly.  We've had Brad S a few times and he has been top notch with his expertise and customer service.  He even fielded my calls when I was in Lowes trying to buy the right thermostat.  Will continue to use in the future.
