Caesar arrived early and we discussed the issue. He was polite and personable. In no time he replaced a faulty thermostat, told me I had a 1year warranty and not to hesitate to call if I had any problems.
I will use David!s Electric again if needed.

As the entrance to our neighborhood had its lights malfunctioning, most electricians would not touch the job because they considered commercial.  21 Electric responded right away, and got everything wired in beautifully.

These gentlemen were wonderful! They came out on a Thursday evening to give us a quote, and we're back Saturday afternoon to do the job of installing an additional outlet in the garage. They were very thorough on the planning, and the checked a couple times to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were very well priced, courteous, quick with their work, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again for future electrical projects.

I called with a issue with an outside electrical service.  Noah quickly identified the problem and got the issue repaired.  Went above and beyond in making sure everything was working properly after the power was turned back on.  Very clean as well--took his shoes off whenever he entered the house.  Highly recommend!

I had a Groupon for electrical services; so going in the price point was a bargain. In terms of pricing, they use a fixed rate sheet for everything thing they do. I think this decreases the chance for pricing tom foolery.

I have a home that was originally built in 1920. This can make getting repairs or remodeling dicey at best because you don't know what hidden shenanigans you can find hidden behind the plaster. I had a kitchen ceiling fan that was hanging from its wires replaced. When I ordered the service call, the owner made me aware of the potential issues that could elevate the cost. (I loved that.)

A two man team arrived promptly as promised. They were clean, professional and courteous. After explaining both the necessary procedures and giving a quote, they made the necessary repairs and installed the new unit in under 45 minutes. The price came in at the cost of the quote and they worked neatly. There were no surprises.

It is a small, locally owned business but is always growing as well as doing a lot for the community in supporting other small businesses etc. I know they have a huge focus on excellence and go much further than most contractors I have worked with to ensure professionalism and quality standards. I know most people associate them with excellence and some have even been more inclined to purchase a home if they knew the electrical work had been worked on by Artisan.

We had a great experience with D Davis Electric. Douglas got ahold of us promptly and was available to do our work right away. He was prompt and gave us great information about our problem. His rates were reasonable. We would definitely use him again.

Used this company for electrical repairs on a new home. After having an inspection performed I need a few minor electrical repairs performed. Electrician arrived on time, was polite, was honest about what was needed versus what home inspector had reported, provided accurate estimate, and performed the repairs in a very swift manner. Kit was WONDERFUL! he responded very quickly to my request for a home inspection and quote. He showed up when he said he would and sent me a lot of photos of the items that needed to be repaired. It's unfortunate but I cannot recommend this company. I work as a personal assistant and oversee several executive homes. I recently needed an electrician so I called BRE because they are close to the property, had good ratings and I lived in BR for 9 yrs so I am partial. When I called I was informed the scheduler was out picking up a child and would call me back. I'm a single mom so I get it and think it's terrific that she has a flexible employer. I waited. And waited. And then a few days later I called and left a detailed message in my happy voice. I never received a response.

Nice people - easy to talk to - understood exactly what needed to be done - arrived on time, quick, efficient, didn't over-charge - will definitely re-hire if I need further service - dealing with local people is great - thank you, gentlemen!

We bought a new home and had some minor plumbing issues to get looked at. Unfortunately for us this plumbing service was what Angie's List recommended.

Was charged 300 dollars for a tightening on the toilet and an incorrectly hooked up fridge. He was here about 1.5 hours, charged for 2, and half of the time was spent wandering back and forth from his car and fixing a mistake he made in hooking up the fridge to the water line. On top of this was extremely unfriendly and lazy- told us to call the manufacturer for a leaky faucet and for a leaky dishwasher. Told us it would cost us another 600 to cut a hole in the floor and run a pipe into a small room to move the washer up from the basement. "Generously" took off 15 dollars for making a mistake that he tried to convince us didn't matter and was extremely rude about correcting.

Cannot recommend less. Extremely Unsatisfied.

Not licensed electricians. They can't ever seem to pass inspections.    Never use this place.  According to the State of Indiana there is no record of the them being licensed, Angie's list said the same.  Many people don't ask but get proof before use them
