Best Chandelier Repair in Indianapolis IN

Very disappointing experience based on other reviews. Timeline: (A) Called Pawal to schedule a time to have some work done. He was in the car with windows down the entire call  - repeated address no less than 10 times as he was clearly distracted. (B) No follow up email/voicemail etc. as to what time they would be coming out. (C) Called in on the day that he said they would be out to get a timeframe and was told between 12-2. Throughout our call Pawal would break off from our conversation to talk with co-workers, yell out instruction. (D) Took off work and waited for electricians. Understand completely that the 12-2 window was general, but it was 6pm by the time anyone called. They said they were on their way for the two hour job, and I told them there was no way we could have them working until 8 or 9 in the evening. When we attempted to reschedule for sometime in the near future, my wife was rudely told that it was our fault for not letting them out to the house at 6 on Monday and that we would have to wait two more weeks.

Based on other reviews, my guess is that service is taking a nosedive as they get more busy and overloaded.

Had a ceiling fan light kit that needed attachment and after months of waiting for my buddy,  I hired Copper Electric.  On time and were true to the estimate.

Super helpful. I had an outlet arc and shirt out on a Saturday night. They were available first thing Monday and had it repaired in no time at all! Super professional, provided estimates on repair times and costs. I would definitely use their services again.
