Luis was able to come out same day, within 2 hours. He was able to verify that the problem was that one hot leg leading to my main breaker was down, which means the utility company had to fix it. He even offered to cut my price since there wasn't much for him to do. He also spent some extra time looking up the rules for me on the utility company's responsibilities so I knew that I wouldn't have to pay for fixing the line. Much appreciated!
