I could not locate an open neutral in my dining room wall outlet. The circuit also covers an outlet on my front porch. My wife called them on Friday to get an appointment. She talked to  tech and he told her he would be out Sat Jan 4, 2017 between 10 and 11 am He showed up on time and quickly found the problem. He fixed it for a reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable, professional and cleaned up afterwards. He has earned very satisfied customers who will repeat and tell others of their experience. Thank you!
