This review is based solely on communication and not their actual work. The gentlemen (very nice) came out to look at the repairs I wanted done in my home. They emailed me the plans, costs and everything.  I wanted to use them and felt very comfortable with them. Then after many attempts to book them, they said they could not do the project until about a month and a half later due to a busy schedule. I said that was fine and I would wait. So I waited and waited and have sent them MANY messages and got no response. So the work on my home was not completed and now I have to start looking for someone else to do the work. Very poor communication. I get that you're busy, but if you say you can book me in February, then keep your word. Here it is now, February, and I get no response.

Jorge was very apologetic about the issues and has since come and started repairs. I am VERY pleased with the work they have done thus far. You know it's a good company when they acknowledge their downfalls and work hard to correct them. I will post pictures after the work is completed and I'm sure they will be earning 5 stars. Thanks guys!

We wanted to have the bath tub in our master bath replaced with a walk in shower.  I looked for contractors and came across Regal Bath and Kitchens and decided to give them a call.  Rich came out and gave us an estimate. He was very accommodating and understanding of what we wanted done.  No pressure. We didn't have to use their tile and fixtures. We could go anywhere and pick out what we wanted. The price was reasonable. The shower turned out beautifully. Mike and Brad, the men doing the work, were a pleasure to deal with. They did a fantastic job.  I would definitely call on Regal to do any other improvements we want done.

What a beautiful remodel. Our bathroom was octagon shaped from the 90s and completed outdated. Urban Element did an amazing job updating not just the master bath, but the closet and gave us a beautiful laundry room our home did not have.

This is a family owned business. They are very friendly, helpful and professional. Their showroom has lots of tiles and flooring to look through. They did a great draw up of a bathroom remodel for us. They did not pressure us to go outside of our budget. They were honest.

Very professional to say the least. family owned business thats professional and personable is hard to find. They came out and gave a free estimate in a timely manner. They were actually ahead of schedule to finish the projects. The workers were friendly and professional. The owner Youssef even reached out to me to make sure everything is to my demands. Only do business with this company if you want to throw your money away.  My experience with this company was much like Bruce K's.  I used this company for a kitchen install four years ago.  They insisted on money up front for the cabinets, but the cabinets were all ordered wrong.  The job was scheduled to be done prior to my move in October, but I did not even have a kitchen sink until February.  They had to reorder the doors for the cabinet under the sink three times and they were still never ordered right.  They were supposed to place drawers in my pantry, but that was never done.  The crown molding fell down.  Brett made appointments to follow up and then no-showed.  I had some major surgeries so could not spend my time chasing him down.  The cabinet installer was patronizing and condescending and insisted that my cabinets had to be raised to accommodate my wood floor or my dishwasher wouldn't fit.  They never properly installed the dishwasher so the door ended up breaking.  The countertop is too high so the dishwasher clips don't stay.  I spent a lot of money, but instead of enjoying a nice kitchen I cry every day because it is nothing but a giant mess.

We are very pleased with the work Rodriguez Remodeling did today repairing drywall damage done by a plumbing repair. The two workers were masked, very polite, showed up on time and did a great job. Thank you...we will refer others to you when we can!

Ellen and her team are amazing! We had started our master bathroom renovation with a different contractor who we quickly found out was totally incompetent!  They demolished our entire bathroom and we were stuck with no bathroom. We called Ellen at white builder and she swooped in to save the day. She communicates well, has wonderful design ideas and her staff is 100% respectful of your house and tries to keep the construction as clean as possible. I have already recommended Ellen to other friends and they have used her too. I would absolutely use Ellen again for any construction needs.

Five years ago we had MK remodeling come out and do our shower which was leaking. We ended up having them redo the floors the lighting and the walls (from wallpaper to texture and paint).  So when we decided to update all 2 1/2 of our bathrooms this spring, we used them again after getting an estimate from at least one other company. I'm impressed with Mike Gillis, Kristin Gillis, and James Gillis. Their estimate process and billing is very professional. Over a couple of days, the various crews who were very professional, did great work on each job, and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. They went above and beyond what was required more than once, bless their hearts! I goofed up a couple of things and they worked with me on getting it right. Because the beginning of the job coincided with my husband's total knee replacement, there were at least three days where we weren't home but the work went on with no problems! This is a company you can trust and use over the years for many things.

BHB was a stellar company to work with. Professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Everyone involved in the project was a joy to have in our home and we loved the outcome. We would recommend BHB to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience with lifetime and especially with Kyle who was in charge of our project!! He went above and beyond and continued to stay in touch and was very hands on making sure everything was perfect for us!

We did a full remodel on our house. The original contractor kind of bailed on us and didn't finish some of the work. We called several companies to finish the job for us. Zach and Terrell finished our project in a matter of days. They came out and gave us an estimate and we were fortunate they could fit us in between jobs.

They installed a custom built in electric fireplace with designer touches. The work turned out amazing. In the past year we've probably had over 50 different companies in our house from plumbers to contractors to painters, etc. Peters Family Construction would get our #1 ranking out of all of them.

Jeff, JDR CONTRACTING, has did several remodels for our home in the past. This time he did a Ledger Stone wall with bookcases, and to say it is beautiful. Is not saying enough! He quoted us a time and $ amount and he came in right on schedule Great job. Jeff!

I was referred to Danny by a friend of mine. I hired Solid Home Renovations to remodel my master and guest bathrooms and I could not be more pleased. Everything turned out even better than I imagined! Melissa is also amazing at helping to pick out tile, fixtures, etc and getting everything ordered. Danny made sure to keep me updated throughout the process and his team cleaned up after themselves everyday. His estimate was more than reasonable and the timeline for completion was accurate. They were extremely easy to work with. I would definitely hire Danny and his team for any future projects I might have! I am obsessed with my new bathrooms!

We needed our master bathroom shower remodeled to accommodate a wheelchair user. After hearing about all the problems people encountered on bad jobs we were paranoid about choosing a contractor.  We decided to go with Independence because they specialized in handicapped remodeling.   We met with Mike to go over our project,  got a quote, and set a start date.  His crew arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. When a few project hitches came up (which they almost always do) they were resolved to our complete satisfaction.  

Independence charged a fair price, honored their quote,  started on time, did an excellent job, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves.  What more could a customer ask for?  I would recommend them without hesitation.

ridiculous business model with zero customer service. The storefront at their show room screens open to the public which presumably means they would like to encourage foot traffic to come in. However , it's staffed with one person who has zero information about what kind of work the company CAN do, how much any of the products or materials cost and any sort of timeline on appointments how long consruction will take etc.
it appears that her sole function is to schedule appointment for a salesperson. she went on to talk about a second and third appointment in the future. they should have a sign on the door that states open to the public by appointment only.

Re-bath completely redid one bath and converted a tub/shower combo to a stand alone shower in a second bath.  The bath that was the complete remodel also had a tub/shower converted to a zero-barrier shower with grab bars.  The design consultation was quick and thorough.  Even though I already knew much of what I wanted, the designer had no problem going with the flow, but also making suggestions that would work well.  The cost was higher that doing the jobs piecemeal, but much less than other companies were charging.  The biggest plus was that we were scheduled within 8 weeks and no one else could get to our job for 6 months.  I also liked that none of the work (like electric or plumbing) was subbed out.  

On the first day we met the very awesome Alex Chavez, who was the lead on our job.  He texted daily (before arriving and end-of-day wrap-up), got to the job site early, asked exactly the right questions, and boy does he work quick (but never sloppy).  I've honestly never seen a tub come out and go out the door so quickly.  The crew also did a great job of protecting our floors, kept dust to a minimum, and cleaned up daily.  He had several assistants at various times.  The job finished right on schedule, and it's gorgeous!  I don't think I've ever had a remodel project (and there's been plenty) go so smoothly.  I would highly recommend, and will happily do business with them again.

The women that work the front were amazing but the man that owns the business is horrendous. Complete jerk. Will try to pressure you into new everything when all you want is new cabinets. His attitude was very condescending and he has little to no patience. Would avoid this place at all costs. Talks down to you, and makes you feel stupid. Not to mention he isn't very nice to the sweet women who work for him.
