Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

They have done 2 major home remodels for us consisting of kitchen, bath, tile, flooring, general structural work, plumbing, electrical, heating and air duct work. Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Another great job by Andy.  My partner and I had to find a quick solution for enclosing a couple of exterior water heaters at my ancient property downtown.  It was affecting our ability to run the units for hot water and cooking.  Andy proposed a couple options and costs via text, came out a couple weeks earlier than his busy schedule would have otherwise permitted, reevaluated the proposed enclosures onsite, then provided refined recommendations.  It was all completed within a few days of contact.  Very pleased with the promptness, workmanship, and look.  Will rehire Old Reliable in the future.

Charles responded immediately.  He came by to inspect and bid the next morning with a very competitive quote.  Charles and Gilberto came back the following day and had my drywall job finished within hours, looking just great!  I recommend Charles for your job.  I would not hesitate to call on him again.

I hired Dynamite for a bathroom remodel. They replaced a walk in tub, all new tile shower, new vanity, etc. Very happy with the work. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again for future projects.

First, let me say that he came out and did an estimate right away and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. I was so excited to hire this company to remodel the kitchen in my mother-in-law suite. Unfortunately it took two weeks to get the initial estimate rather than getting it by the end of that first week as he had stated. Then the estimate was missing some major components... The install of a gas stove and stainless hood (and that's really a BIG part of this project).
When I emailed him about this, a week later I still had not heard back with an updated estimate so I emailed him yet again and left a voicemail. His response was that he thought the vendor would install yet he and I had very clearly discussed that Dynamite would do the installation. Bottom line is that he added another $250 to the estimate and still didn't give me any info on his availability (which I asked for a few different times). As much as I would love to hire this company because I really genuinely think he knows what he's talking about and the price is reasonable, I think he is just far too busy and may not do a good job on my project because he didn't care enough to get me the estimate when he said he would, missed major components on the estimate, didn't  respond to my email for over a week, and he also didn't  answer his phone or return my call. I know my project might not be as big or important as his other projects, but it is very important to me and I would have been happy to schedule this several months out if needed. I just want a company that I can count on to pay attention to detail and communicate in a timely manner. Very disappointed this didn't work out.

Michael moved two outlet boxes and patched the holes quickly.  He came the same day I called.

I had the pleasure of being recommended Clover Home Services owned by Matt Powell to replace and paint all my interior doors as well as paint my kitchen and bathroom cabinets.They did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anybody who's looking to have painting services.

They didn't show up after we agreed on the date and time. I didn't find out until I asked my Tennant if the issues were addressed. He said he didn't even call or text to let him know he wouldn't show. He also had my number and didn't call or text.

Jerry repaired drywall, installed baseboards and photosensor recently.  He responded my requests quickly and arrived to the site on time.  In addition, He completed repairs in a short period of time and did an excellent job!
