If and when I have more home projects to tackle I will definitely use them again!

We were on a time crunch for an interior reno project that included flooring, painting, and new baseboard trim. Joe and Jeanna were able to work their magic and get it done before the deadline and it looks absolutely amazing! Definite top quality workmanship all the way around. They do it all, so it was great to have one point of contact in getting all project types completed by one contractor.

Alex and his crew are extremely professional and were always on time. Alex is beyond talented and has an eye for interior design and went above and beyond. During the bathroom demo we found a builder error, actually builder errors all over the house and he fixed everything beyond my expectations. He picked up tile in the morning and would manage to still be earlier for the job.  The tile work in the downstairs living room is gorgeous. He came up with a reverse herringbone in the dining room that looks like it could be featured in architectural digest magazine. If you are looking for a contractor who doesn't flake and will make sure that the work is perfect PLEASE book with desert custom flooring! You will not regret it!

From start to finish, Victor and Mario were responsive and easy to work with. They went above and beyond to help us get our floors(laminate planks) done when we were in a pinch. Our schedule changed and they made it work. They did a great job on demo and installation. We are already talking about having them install tile in our entry. We would definitely recommend them!

We hired Optimum Home Solutions to remodel our kitchen last year and they did an excellent job!  Juan did the tear out and install and was easy to work with and met all my expectations! We had one little problem where the piece for my desk area was cut too short and there wasn't a big enough piece of my Taj Mahal quartzite slabs left over to cut a new one but Joe (the owner) and Juan immediately started searching for a partial slab that matched mine (and I was pretty picky about matching it) but after a few options they found one...they were really concerned that I was happy with it!  I love how my kitchen turned out and would definitely recommend them!

When we hired this family-owned company by the owner, Alex Suarez, he showed his portfolio shows which were very impressive! We chose to recruit him and his crew to begin work with us in our master bathroom. He confirmed an appointment immediately and the next few days to launch working with us. Once they arrived here time, they had their own tools and equipment. They were very organized, good preparations, and knew what to do with the procedures from scratch to end. They showed very positive attitude, friendly, hard operating as a team. While they installed our own tiles, they made sure that we were satisfied with their performance. We are in love with this modern tile floor in the bathroom. They are quite talented and knowledge. Very details! They can do almost anything like shower tub, floor, tile wall, and so forth on. PHX Floors & More did a great job with our projects. They were professional, timely and so easy to work with. They provided updates and kept us in the loop on the projects. We initially hired them for one project and added on 4 more. We'd definitely recommend them and plan to work with them again in the future. Our flooring, quartz and tile work all look great!

This is a 5 star roofing Company.  My insurance company had given me a three week limit to repair my roof or they were not going to renew my policy. I called Alex and explained my situation.  He was supportive and understood my limited time line. He immediately came over. He quoted me a fair price and began the work within a week.
Alex and his crew are kind, clean, professional and very understanding. I was stressed that the insurance company was giving me such a short amount of time to repair the roof. Alex was our knight in shining Armor.

Rosa came out for a property tour. She was a much better talker then she was a listener. She talked continously, speaking over us as if we weren't in the room. She was rude to say the least. I believe that she does not like men because she constantly spoke over me. She knew how she was going to remodel my home. She didn't care for any input.
She said she would get us an estimate by Friday, October 15. As of October 18 we have not heard from her. Not a very good business practice but probably a blessing.

Ericka was amazing! I had to re tile my shower walls, and put in a new shower pan. They were booked a week or two out from when we first spoke (sign of a solid business), but Ericka was up front with me from the beginning on time frame and pricing. Got several quotes, and was very competitive with pricing, and did a fantastic job.

Follow up - some of the grout was loosening up (because of the schluter board I chose to use behind the tile), but she had someone come out and fix at no cost.

Would recommend 10/10, and I am completely satisfied. Thank you for a job well done.

The quote the owner gave us was competitive and i had decided to hire him.  But before hiring him i sent an email asking for their license number and two references I received no reply whatsoever. Weird !!!
