Michael was such a great find! It's difficult to find professional support for small but important home repair. He replied to my request quickly and came the very next morning.

Michael replaced all weather stripping in two sets of french doors and brought our garage-to-kitchen door up to code. The main entry doors are very old, wooden doors, and a treasure to us -- Michael was very careful with them and made adjustments to his work to be sure the doors maintained their original look. They close perfectly without a single gap or blemish.

While he was here, I asked about another door that never closed properly -- he offered to fix it on the spot and was clear about pricing. It finally works!

Michael will do whatever it takes to be sure you're pleased with the work so just ask -- I'm so glad I did!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Keith and his crew were awesome from start to finish. I worked with Keith to complete a kitchen and master shower renovation. The tile work by Carlos is simply the BEST I've seen. The guy measures twice and cuts once and it all fits perfect. Paul the plumber knows his job inside and out!! The electricians used were great as well, despite the spray foam insulation they were able to put in new outlets and move others.

Keith is a hands on GC that goes above and beyond to make you happy as a customer. His easy professional style  is beyond his years in the industry.

We hired Peak One for a major remodel for our kitchen, dining, and living room. The original estimated time for completion was about 3 months, but due to poor project management (in our opinion), the actual time was significantly longer than that. Initial demolition took one week which was fine. However, the next week, not a single worker showed up. Over the next several months, there were many weeks when workers showed up for only a few hours per week. The quality of some of the subcontractors was poor and frequently workers would show up having to ask us what they were supposed to be doing that day. The painters were sloppy and planned on leaving prior to final touch ups, although we got them to satisfactorily complete their work. The cutout in the granite for the cooktop was off center. The tile setters had to come back twice because the wall had not been prepared properly and the appliance installers had to return to put in the range hood as that space was also not prepared properly. We believe that the majority of problems was due to lack of foresight and inexperience on the part of Peak One's project manager. In addition, we expected the project manager to return onsite at the end of each day to oversee progress, but there were many times he didn't show up. Other problems included unfair charges that we thought we had an agreement with Mike that we were going to be reimbursed, but in the end he seemed to remember things differently, so that didn't happen. I would not hire Peak One again.

I highly recommend Ceaser and his team. We are currently working on a kitchen remodel and needed to resize a window so we could fit more cabinet space, and his team did an excellent job. They also replaced our ceiling fan and did some drywall repair that turned out great. Ceaser is really great about keeping in contact with you every step of the way and all the people he sends out are very friendly and do an excellent job. Turnaround is also very quick and quotes were fair. It was great to not need to find multiple experts for a complex job on my own!

Highly recommend them! Will be using Canterra for more stuff in the future!

Hired to remove waterproofing along entire front and sides of house from previous 3ft.tall flower bed. After the estimate was presented, I called with questions. The owner personally answered my questions along with the amazing project coordinator, Kimberly. Kimberly was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with! The team was professional and showed up on time on the day they said they would (seems rare for contractors these days). They kept us updated every step of the way via email, text, and phone calls.  We will be hiring this company for our next project! I had a leak in the wall between my closet and shower for an unspecified amount of time that caused one whole wall of my closet and a part of another wall to need to be replaced. Vlad came out to do the estimate and took the time to understand the whole issue and make suggestions of opening up another wall to see if the water seeped over and also to setup a fan to help dry things out. My dad was able to open up part of the other wall and sure enough the insulation was wet so we were able to get that replaced and fixed. I really appreciated the time he took with me looking over all the potential issues.  I felt so comfortable I asked for an additional estimate to finish some painting 2 other contractors had failed to finish. The estimate that I received was very reasonable so I went ahead and scheduled the work to be done.
Eddie was amazing! He worked very efficiently and did an amazing job. Within a few short days my closet was back to pre-leak status and you can't even tell there was an issue. Additionally, all the painting is now complete and I finally don't have all those unfinished touches staring at me anymore.
I would recommend Dynamite to anyone (and already have been recommending them) and am already planning on using them for another upcoming project.

I highly recommend Rodriguez Remodeling! Jesus and Gabriel arrived early and fixed the entrance to my attic that was damaged from an air conditioner install. They were professional and respectful and did a wonderful job.  They deserve 10 stars for their amazing customer service!

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

I was referred by a friend after a bad storm had revealed a leak in our new home. With another monster storm about to hit us, I reached for a consultation and Geremy drove an hour and a half out of his way on his own time to look at what was going on. Gave me a quick and honest assessment, when asked how much, he was beyond reasonable, and offered to handle the job on the spot, so the next storm wouldn't damage my house! Jerry repaired drywall, installed baseboards and photosensor recently.  He responded my requests quickly and arrived to the site on time.  In addition, He completed repairs in a short period of time and did an excellent job!

BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review
