Contacted them October 17 for a quote, responded back on October 18 saying they would contact me in 24 hours. October 20 messaged again saying no one had contacted me. They apologized and said someone would contact me that morning. Finally contacted me this afternoon,October 25, asking if I needed service. I told them no because I went with someone else. It shouldn't take a week to contact someone for a quote if you care about business. Apparently they don't. I'm most upset that they couldn't contact me at least to say they were busy or give me some excuse. Would never use.

Prompt follow up, exceptional professionalism and took personal interest in our project from start to finish, the team at Gleason really took care of our property here in Show-Low, we've referred several of our friends & relatives since they completed work on our property, several impactful storms since the date of completion and not an issue nor leak to report!

Discovered a small rain leak in our ceiling in our front room. Requested a roofer via Handyman Connection and Garrett from Ridge Roofing called. He scheduled an appointment with us for a day or two later. He showed up on time and inspected not only the leak area but the entire roof. A couple of days later he provided us a quote for all repairs, including the leak. We called him back to schedule a date for the repairs and on the day his crew was supposed to show up, we called in the afternoon and he acted as if he completely forgot about us. We sent him an email reminder that if could reschedule, we would give him another chance. That's the last we heard from him. We did not pay any type of deposit, so we were not out any $$.

Working with Semper Solaris was a pleasure. Dennis walked us through all our options for the system. He made everything very understandable and let us know what to expect every step of the way. The rest of the Semper Solaris team also communicated very well and kept us updated on the project. I just got a new roof on June 19th from Glendale Roofing. I had gotten 5 quotes from different companies and they were not the highest and not the lowest.
I was impressed by the knowledge of the estimator who came out and explained what was involved in tearing off the old roof and what to expect. He looked at the roof overhang and the side board trim and pointed out which boards would need to be replaced. they offered me several price points on shingles.

They tore off the old swamp cooler and replaced all the boards, they did a double layer of tar paper and then shingled the entire roof.

The job got done in 2 1/2 days...they even worked Saturday to finish. I waited two months  to write this review after having 3 heavy torrential monsoon rain storms in August and September two of them with high winds. the roof is great.

These guys know what they are doing. They did what they said they would do and at a fair price.
