Caliber Roofing did an awesome job! We needed a full tear-off and replacement for our flat roof home.

I did a LOT of research and gathered 10 estimates. Rich was on time for the estimate, and was able to give us a price for roof replacement, gutters and even some electrical work to add ceiling fan outlets.

The job was scheduled within a reasonable timeframe. The project manager, Chris, came out beforehand and did some final measurements, lead paint testing, etc.

The job started on Monday. The crew was here at 9:00 sharp. They removed the existing roof, replaced it, applied the foam and the first layer of elastomeric coating in one day. The job superintendent, Tanner, was here for much of the day. Rich and Chris also came by to check on the work. The crew finished with a clean-up job that was perfect.

They returned on Tuesday to place the second layer of coating on the roof.

Our house is small, so I was amazed at the level of involvement by everyone at Caliber Roofing! Every detail was perfectly attended to.

We couldn't be happier with the care and service that we received. Everyone was extremely professional and explained everything throughout the entire process.

Five stars isn't enough, and I'm very discerning with my reviews. I would highly recommend Caliber Roofing if you are looking for a job done right, reasonably priced, and you appreciate excellent customer care.

I was shopping to add more solar panels to my system; and indicating that on Yelp, several companies contacted me one way or another.  One company offered me a fantastic deal!

Josh of Truvo was one of the companies that contacted me, and he was eager to get a deal together.  He called me on the day of our appointment to say that adding more panels on my roof would not be economical for me for a number of reasons which he explained very well.

I know that Josh wanted to sign me up, but he could not move forward in good conscience.  Though Josh won't be installing panels for me (and nobody else will either), I admire his concern for my best interests.  This is exactly the kind of person/company you want to do business with.  I am confident that Josh will be straight with you as he was with me.  A very trustworthy person!

I called two roofers for a small roof repair, Gleason showed up on time.
The other roofer was a no-show.
They gave me what I felt was a fair price on site, and in writing.
Repair was made within a week.
I offered to meet them at the job site for payment, but they just stopped by the house to pick up a check couple days later.  Really easy to business with.
They will be my first call for any future roofing needs.

We had Glendale Roofing replace the roof on our home.  They were very straight forward and were easy to work with.  I got four different estimates from different roofers.  Glendale Roofing was not the lowest, but they were not the highest either.  The salesman was thorough, and I felt was very honest with the repairs we needed.  When it came time to do the repair, they were on schedule and the crew appeared to do quality work.  They did a good job of cleaning up at the end of each day.  I am quite mechanical though not so much regarding construction and remodeling.  Any questions we had were quickly and courteously answered.  They finished the work on time and on budget.  We have had a lot of remodeling done on our house.  Some contractors were really difficult to work with.  Not so in this case, Glendale Roofing did a great job.
