Best Roof-mounted Solar Panel Installation in Phoenix AZ

We just connected our SunPower solar Panels to APS. From Start to Finish the process went smoothly. Greg, our Sales Rep was thorough and explained the process we were going to experience. The install went quick and the crew was professional and friendly. Our Project manager, Jacqueline was always cheerful and made sure she answered our questions adequately.  
My only disappointment if I can call it that, was the wait time from the install completion date to the APS connection date. Apparently the same wait time is industry wide. We will update our review once we have some time on our system. For now, We are happy to be producing Clean electricity with our SunPower Solar System!

Got referred to this company, couldn't recommend the work more. Zach and his company had a super competitive/low cost, they were quick to communicate with me during the process and the end result is great. Got up and running in January, everything is fine and dandy so far.

They got a cool referral program where they'll give you (and me!) an extra 1k off your system. If you wanna work with these guys, let me know so you can save some dough!

I've never seen a company so committed to helping a customer. In every way, shape, and form my issues were addressed. Hands down, the best customer service I've ever seen and it was such a happy experience. Thank you Mike, for everything!

Tesla bought out Solar City and now you don't get a phone number to call, none on their website or your invoices, everything is done through a stupid webpage submission and via email. SO if you have a problem with your system, even an emergency, you can submit and expect an email in like 24 hours of course that probably means the auto email that comes right away telling you how busy they are and that you can check out their enhanced support website yeah right... you know... the one that you filled out the form for... I hope that their support of their cars is better - Make a different choice for Energy / Solar - Tesla Solar doesn't give a beam about their customers - they certainly don't want human beings to be involved... let's just email...  ZERO customer service here. DON'T use this company for your Solar

The install process was terrible. Panels left in my backyard for days collecting dust. I was told it should have taken 2 days well it actually took a little over two weeks. Still has not been approved by Wattsup Solar. My panels have been installed for a month now and I still can not use them. The worst part for me was overhearing the workers talk about how the were not going to seal the holes on my roof because the company did not want to pay them their wages. Wow! What a sorry excuse for a "company."
