Best Solar Electric/PV System Installation in Phoenix AZ

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

On 3/24 I received an email from Greg Ochoa the call center supervisor saying that my service program was cancelled and a refund was being sent. I should receive it in 5-7 business days. Day 8 - no refund. I emailed him and asked about it. His reply was that it had been processed and I should check with my bank. I asked what day it had been processed so I could contact the credit card company. No reply at all. Did it actually get processed? The only way I will really know is if I get the refund. So far, that hasn't happened. Don't use this company!
