Best Vehicle Electrical Repair in Phoenix AZ
Long, but worth the read ...
We love Parker and Sons! We finally found a company with ethics, integrity, honesty!
We had been using a competitor (the not so masters of plumbing) for several years, and had their club pricing. We were told that we needed major repairs time and time again. We are not plumbers and they instilled fears of sewage backing up into our home if we didn't do what they recommended. We finally paused, when the not so masters quoted $25,000 to re-route the sewer line due to a crack they found (with their black / white camera) in our cast iron plumbing . They provided ZERO options and said this $25,000 job would be the only way to resolve the issue to prevent any potential sewage backup. But they were gracious to hydro-jet and camera our pipes at no cost (we had already paid for this in the past and had a warranty, so there should have been no cost either way!)
We finally called Parker & Sons, and I had the pleasure to have Brandon review the issue. He thoroughly inspected our pipes with a higher grade color camera equipment and found NO cracks. Since we do have a historic home, we are aware we may need to do plumbing work at some point. Brandon took the time to provide FOUR options based on the severity of the pipe issue and explained each in a manner we could fully understand.
Last week, we had a clogged toilet. This toilet has had issues for years, and because of our club membership and supposed priority scheduling with the other guys, we called them again since it was a holiday weekend (Saturday). They were supposed to come between 8-1pm and they were running behind because our scheduled plumber got his toilet snake STUCK in a customers toilet and needed more time to take it out (more on this later). We had plans and could not wait til later that afternoon to have them come, so they scheduled us 3 days later (Tuesday). They had to remove the toilet and found a mystery pipe that was causing the issue. Their resolution was to dig 4 ft outside the home, and JACK HAMMER our bathroom 2 ft to reach the pipe. I asked if there were any other options (cut the pipe, pull it out, etc) and the plumber and 2 supervisors said NO WAY. They wanted another $5,700 to fix this and it would take at least 2 days. Since they installed the clean outs in our home (close to $10k in 2013), so they were kind enough to take it to 2013 pricing of $3,500. I did not have them replace the toilet, but when it came to pay they had pull and reset the toilet on the invoice. They wanted me to pay for work (reseting the toilet) that was not done. They did remove that from the invoice per my request.
I was not going to be fooled again, and called Parker & Sons. Brandon came, reviewed the issue, discussed options and went to work. Within ONE HOUR he had pulled the mystery pipe out through the clean out and replaced the toilet. That mystery pipe was a toilet snake that had broken in the toilet at some point. This is a new bathroom, and the masters were the only ones to snake it. Hmmm ... I wonder whose broken snake it was?
Parker and Sons has earned a customer for life with Brandon's outstanding support. We are very grateful for his honesty, integrity, hard work and ability to communicate the issues in a manner we can understand. My wife was literally in tears when I told her what happened and the work Brandon did. Thank you Parker & Sons!!! We will recommend you to our friends and family for you are truly the MASTERS!
