Best Solar Electric/PV System Repair in Phoenix AZ

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

We have used Goettl for years. But 2 1/2 weeks ago, I contacted them late in the evening, about a problem in my kitchen. Within min I got a return call and someone was out first thing in the morning. Ends up a water supply line burst . The problem was fixed quickly,  it what followed was not ! We had water damage so ECO DRY came in, another bunch of great guys, and started the drying process. Going without a kitchen was not fun, but GOETTL and all the other guys made it a lot easier with their kindness and caring. Unfortunately, my insurance adjuster, was not sympathetic at all. Now almost a month in, with the help of Jason Harrah, Plumbing Operations Supervisor @ GOETTL , clearing up the disnostic of my issue, my insurance is now covering my claim. I can never thank him enough, it's very rare that you find a caring person that takes time to clarify and explain anything and everything about our plumbing issue. If there was a 10 star rating it would be appropriate!
