My 14-year-old air condition recently failed, and I contacted Parker and Sons for repair service.  Caleb came to my aid that same day.  He identified the problem, but he recommended replacing the unit rather than performing the expensive repairs.  He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed trust-worthy--a really smart guy.  I ordered a replacement unit, which was to be installed three days hence.

In the meantime, I had no cooling in my home.  Caleb was very sensitive to my needs.  Speaking for the Company, he offered to lodge me at a hotel in the interim; but I didn't want to do that.  Alternatively, he suggested a window unit until the new installation.  He brought and installed the window unit that same day.

Things worked out that my new unit was installed a day early, and I appreciated that accommodation.

I called Parker and Sons because I had had great service in the past.  I'm glad I stuck with them.  Caleb is the face of Parker and Sons for me.  They should be proud to have him on the job for them.
