Best Kitchen Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

Working with Freddy was a dream - he was responsive via text, was able to get me scheduled quickly, and kept me updated when he realized the job before mine was running over and he would be late. He was replacing the water main with a ball bearing valve and, of course, just as he arrived our unpredictable valley weather started to kick up and it was quite windy and lightly sprinkling. He quickly surveyed what the job entailed and then setup a tent in my front yard to protect him and his delicate equipment from the elements. Despite the persistent rain & wind - which obviously do not mix well with flame, flux, and soldering - Freddy took extra time to ensure the job was done right and to specification. The end product looked great, works like a charm, and is exactly what we asked for! Freddy is diligent, fair priced, and efficient!! Now I'm off to find some paint to match up the new copper piping to that of the rest of the house - haha!

We had major plumbing issues due to old galvanized steel pipes.
The workers had a lot to do with digging out our septic lines and old pipes going to the septic tank.
We had a verbal contract and were told that the quote included any unforeseen problems. During the work my husband was told they would have to charge more. We had to put a stop to the project until we contacted the boss who finally agreed to stick with original quote.
During the work we had a hole put in our year old tub. This was fix with a patch. Than I found out that my tub well not hold water.
Still waiting on someone from the company to come out and fix this.
We have called the company and told that someone was going to come out the next day and no one showed or called. We called the company again and was told someone would come out Friday or Saturday but no one has come.
I feel this company is very unreliable. We have a 3/4 finished project that we cannot get completed.
To update on June 17 Rooter Hero company is finally reaching out to us to solve our issues.

Called One Call Plumbing in Mesa, AZ to replace a leaking water heater. Was quoted $1250 parts and labor to install a Bradford-White 50gal gas heater(one of the lowest rated brands available) and was promised service the next day. Price was exceedingly high and the quality not what I really wanted but agreed to it due the fast installation time. Service guy showed up when scheduled and immediately said he was going to charge an extra $240 to move the water softener(an effort that required the removal of 2 plastic spring clips and a move of 6 inches.) This discussion led to his being asked to leave the premises.
In the end though I am thankful for this bait and switch tactic, because the next reputable plumbing company I called supplied and installed a better quality water heater for $839 and charged no extra for the 5 minute job of moving the water softener.
