Gabe was able to help quickly when the washing machine went out. Called left a message & the next day Gabe was at our home to trouble shoot the washing machine, he also removed and picked up the new washing machine,  installed it over the weekend. In the past he has installed ceiling fans and fixed electrical in my home. The work is well done & reliable.

My garden hose was fused to the spigot. Rather than create a bigger problem, I went on-line. Shelton was one of several respondents. Ty arrived 15 minutes after agreeing to stop by and within minutes solved the problem. We contacted Hope AC as a referral from one of our neighbors. They were a lot cheaper than all the other offers we received for the same unit installed. They did an amazing job installing the new unit and followed up a couple weeks later to ask if everything was alright.

I had to call them almost a year later to come out and see why the unit was not turning on. They came out the next day to troubleshoot the issue and found that one of the wires inside the Trane unit itself worked free from the housing causing the fan to not turn on. This was an issue on Trane's end and not Hope AC. If they did not have the experience/expertise to work on the unit it would have been a replacement order and time wasted waiting for the new part to come in.

I called yesterday and was told that a plumbing tech would arrive between 0800-1000. At 0811, I received an email with the tech's name, Kris, picture and brief bio. He was on his way and would be here between 30-45 minutes. He arrived at 0845 +/- 5 minutes. Kris removed his mask so that I could confirm it was him. He came in, I showed him the two issues we had, which he fixed with very little problem. He was very professional. I would call George Brazil again without a doubt!!

I made an appointment and was given an 8 am - 10 am window. The window comes and goes with no update so I call in. I am told 1) the manager said there was nobody to go to my appointment today so it was cancelled and 2) this was marked down that *I* cancelled, so I got no notification. So yeah, if you like making appointments, taking the time to prepare, and then have them blow you off, this is your company!
