I've used Viper for other work in the past and they remain my go to plumbing company. When I called they asked to assess the situation. Once they determined it was not a major issue I was asked if they could put me on will call if an opening came up but they also scheduled me with a definite service time. They arrived 4 days early after calling to see if they could come by. They arrived, completed the work, wore masks and tested and cleaned up. Quick, efficient and professional. Fixed the blurbing leak and was very professed polite. Would recommend him to others. I did not give him five stars as he was not punctual - said that he will arrive between 2 and 4 and reached around 5 after a few reminders.

Johan is fantastic! Extremely professional and honest. He and his team do an amazing job. Very pleased with how they maintained their work and kept the project clean as they went. I am so very grateful to Miguel for responding immediately and being so kind and considerate!!! During the snowstorm I came home to water pouring out of my garage, spraying from what ended up being two broken pipes. My current company, Baker Brothers told me good luck, see you in three weeks. I called SEVERAL companies all saying three week turnaround due to everyone having issues. Water was spraying out everywhere and honestly I didn't know what to do!! BUT when I called Miguel, he stopped what he was doing, drove an hour to come and asses the problem, turn off my water and he even showed me how to turn it back on if I needed to. He returned the next morning, as promised, to fix the two broken pipes, replace my hot water heater, which was very old, and fix my washing machine, which had frozen lines.

During this national emergency, it was an incredible blessing to find someone who really cared, who also did a perfect job and was really nice. He cleaned up my entire garage and even took the old water heater as I could not leave it out in my neighborhood. I have already scheduled another appointment for him and I definitely recommend him and his son. Because of Miguel I had my frozen/broken pipes fixed in 24 hrs. instead of most in the Dallas area whose wait time was at least 1 to 3 weeks!!!

Yes, everything sounds great on what you said but none of it is real. It's not the sales team which you tell customers are engineers... lol. There's no engineers working there, they are straight up commission sales people hungry to lie to get you up sold. The techs you send to the residential homes are ALL 100% COMMISSION as well. It is Comfort Experts policy to lie to the customer and sell them anything possible on EVERY call, not fix the problem but to get 3-5-6 items totaling as much as possible on every call. Listen home owners, this company Comfort Experts is a PEACE RATE ONLY POLICY!!! The techs can't make any money showing up to your home and finding a loose terminal on a control board they must sell you major parts because they are not paid hourly or salary. When you need service call 3 companies before you state what you need and ask them what they think of Comfort Experts, you will thank me later. Every company needs to make money but when you go about it with zero integrity it's simply a shame to say the least.

I was given a great recommendation for his work, so I called to get some repairs scheduled.  I texted once - no reply.  I called twice and left a message on his voicemail - again, no reply.  So I moved on to another handyman and got the work done.  I can't comment on the quality of Randy's work, but I can definitely comment on his responsiveness to inquiries from potential customers - and his responsiveness was awful!
