I called DJM for a water heater problem and they came out quickly. The tech checked it out thoroughly and left a detailed report on what he found. It was an electrical wiring issue and no problem with the water heater itself. After hiring an electrician what DJM found was spot on. Even though they couldn't fix the wiring problem they did a great job in diagnosing what was really going on. I definitely recommend them!

We called because my grandparents had an issue with their Guest House toilet. So we decided to call GP Plumbing they came on time they gave us an estimate that was accurate and we went ahead and agreed with the work and they wanted and they completed the work for us within a day. everything works great now and we couldn't be happier with the service that we were provided.

Great company and great service.  They were able to save me $700.00 on my hot water tank.  Another company quoted me $700.00 more.
They are fast and efficient and most of all honest.  Highly recommend.

They've helped my mom on two occasions and myself multiple times and they always come through. Plumbing leak, drainage on two properties for her and for me they've built a gate, repainted my bathroom, serviced my interior A/C on a hot summer day, changed out my thermostat to a new Nest and moved my outside A/C unit around the side of the house out of my earshot and view. I'll keep using them for all my projects.

I called Anything Plumbing on a rainy Saturday after discovering wet carpet in my family room. Not only were they prompt in getting to my house, the plumber was very efficient and helpful in detecting the problem. I appreciated the thorough inspection of my house, including climbing through my attic to check for a leak. I highly recommend this company, especially for their weekend service and honest plumbers.

Out of all of the plumbers that I reached out, Victor was the only one that responded back. He is very responsive and helpful and was able to help me out with the toilet valve. It was rumbling like crazy, but all is quiet now. He was able to explain to me what was wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. He makes sure that you are taken care of!

My kitchen sink was clogged.  I took it apart to no avail.  I called up Accountable Plumbing Services at 10am and they actually answered my call - unlike some others that went to voicemail.  They were able to come out by 1:30pm and got me squared away.  Very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable.  Definitely appreciate their quick work!

Good service here. Marcus replaced the sewer lines under my house to the tune of approximately $22,000. While not the cheapest bid, he made me feel the best about it as it was completely stressing me out. I spoke to 5 other companies while seeking bids. The house was moving around due to leaking sewer lines. Marcus even came out a couple of months after to do another sewer test and didn't charge me for it. Less red tape in these smaller companies I'm sure. I'll be calling them out again without hesitation.

In my experience with less than stellar and reliable trades in Sedona, Kenny and his son Matt have restored my faith that there are still good, honest, reliable, hardworking folks that can get the job done right at a fair price.

They rerouted some unnecessary 90 degree turns on kitchen drain line to free up clog and also snaked and plunged the line.  First visit for emergency drain clean and diagnostic was only $75.  Work to reroute plumbing, drain clearing, install new sprayer nozzle $315.  Very prompt and on-time.  Also investigated a small booster system to get our pressure to where it should be.

Now if they only did electrical,, handyman, carpet cleaning, etc.!!!

If you are looking for a company with integrity, hire Plumbco! They stand by their work, and will correct mistakes! They fixed a broken pipe at our house, and a few months later it broke again. When we called them to fix the issue, they came out the same day, and repaired the pipe no charge. Thank you Plumbco!

I contacted nearly a dozen plumbers to disconnect my water well and attach my home to the county's city water line. Shane's Plumbing was the ONLY company willing to do the job and they did a stellar job. As my well started to fail I was stressed about how to keep running water in my home. Shane gave me a number of options and was always willing to answer questions and walk me through every step. What I anticipated being an overwhelming amount of work (and cost) need up being an easy job for Shane's Plumbing.

Having worked in online reputation management, I am breaking my own rule by leaving a negative review. Against my intuition after reading the reviews- especially those that are very recent- I still called Schrader. I knew they'd at least have the equipment for what I wanted done which was a hydrostatic test and a camera run to locate the exact problem areas after clearing intermittent clogs over the past couple of years with our own auger and pulling up evidence of roots penetrating our plumbing.

The diagnostics requested were performed and I was told my plumbing is annihilated and I need the entire house re-plumbed to the tune of $43k. The diag charges were $450ish, but if I went ahead and scheduled the $43k in repairs, I'd only be charged $225. Kudos to your clever sales tactic, but saving $200 to spend $43k is a joke. It took everything in me to not laugh in the tech's face at his offer. Regardless of the cost, my major concerns with this business and reasons for not recommending them are as follows:

1- I was promised I would receive an estimate and photos of the damage found. I had to call the next day and ask for them. Someone spelled my name and email address incorrectly resulting in not receiving it initially. Totally common for folks to spell my name as Candace instead of Candice, but they had it as Kendice. Clearly someone didn't bother listening when I spelled my name AND my email address out letter by letter. Seems minor, but attention to detail on something so simple is a red flag in my book.

2- The estimate was extremely generic and included nothing specific to my house. I received a handful of photos, but for a company trying to earn $43k in business, I would expect far more photo evidence and a written detailed report of what was found.

3- After seeing how non-informative this highly anticipated email was, I called the tech. I inquired about the tape in my bathrooms which I knew should typically mark the areas of repair needed. However, there were only 3 pieces of tape throughout my entire house. So are there only 3 breaks? The tech informed me that yes, he usually marks the breaks with said tape, but after the third one, he figured he'd stop bothering and save his tape, and stated every fitting he came across was broken. Again, to be told I need $43k in repairs, I expect that recommendation to be better supported. I don't care if it takes 6 rolls of painter's tape and my house looks like a smurf in the end. That stuff is pretty cheap last time I checked.

4- Fast forward a few days later, I'm backing out of my driveway and notice the techs didn't even recover the water access. The cover was laying in the yard. Don't worry, fellas. I did it myself.

My overall experience simply put is sloppy and unprofessional. Even if another company comes back with a higher estimate (which I seriously doubt), I wouldn't go back to Schrader.

Almost exact issue as the other one star review. Hired them to replace two septic pumps. Was quoted nearly $13k, overpriced on the pumps by thousands but was one of the only companies willing to service that geo location so we went with it. After pumps were installed they said pipes were clogged and needed $4k to clear them. Paid that amount. After pipes cleared they needed us to hire an electrician to hook them up. $1500 to do that. After that was paid pumps burnt out. The company needed me to loan them $1500 for new pumps. After two weeks still no pumps. Needed an extra $500. Paid it. Here we are 3.5 months later and still no further than day one. Pumps still not working, I've dropped over $20k and lost the entire project. Hired a law to recoup my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
