Best Water Heater Repair in Arlington TX

Jeff is in my house right now as I am writing this review. He has spent the last 4 hours trying to remove some ABS that was put down our downstairs toilet drain by our builders. We've only been in this house a year and the downstairs toilet needed to be plunged since the first week we moved in (it's a new-build). Thanks to Jeff's persistence, he found the issue and took care of it so we can use our downstairs toilet again! For the amount of work he did, the price was very reasonable. I asked if I could tip him and he refused. Good, honest work!

I called DJM for a water heater problem and they came out quickly. The tech checked it out thoroughly and left a detailed report on what he found. It was an electrical wiring issue and no problem with the water heater itself. After hiring an electrician what DJM found was spot on. Even though they couldn't fix the wiring problem they did a great job in diagnosing what was really going on. I definitely recommend them!

We called because my grandparents had an issue with their Guest House toilet. So we decided to call GP Plumbing they came on time they gave us an estimate that was accurate and we went ahead and agreed with the work and they wanted and they completed the work for us within a day. everything works great now and we couldn't be happier with the service that we were provided.

Do Not Hire!! I hired LSP for two large (multi $k) jobs, the latest one in 2021. LSP was to fix a sewage line leak and they CUT A HOLE THROUGH OUR SLAB IN THE WRONG LOCATION.  Not once did the owner, Larry, or any of his employees apologize or even acknowledge the fact that they made a mistake (or reassure us the mistake would be corrected).  In fact, when Larry came to the house on day 3 (was supposed to be a 1 day job), his comment was that we slipped through the cracks when the job was scheduled, that the job should have cost several hundreds of $ more due to the change in PVC cost since our quote (PVC cost has nothing to do with the fact that your guys cut a hole in the WRONG SPOT). The issues with this company stem from the top, from an arrogant, belittling, unapologetic owner.  The first job was also a total nightmare - we thought it was an isolated incident due to an employee who no longer works there. Clearly I was wrong and foolish to use LSP a second time.  LSP fixed the issues they caused on both jobs but both experiences were total nightmares due to the jobs taking 2-4x the amount of days quoted, major mistakes both times, and the rude attitude of the owner.

This company does great work. Have used Circle E on numerous occasions for my commercial properties. They have always done a great job at a fair price.

My family has worked with Jeff and his team for our plumbing needs for over 10 years. He has a family owned business and take pride in his work as he is truly apart of our community. While living in a historical 1923 Craftsman style home near the Bishop Arts district he knew the unique needs and challenges of older homes. He's done a waterheater, toilet, garbage disposal, replumbed under kitchen sink, repair shower, repair pipes in wall, changed out cast iron plumbing boxes under our Craftsman home. He's even come to our new 1973 home in Richardson. Each time he is professional, on time, knowledgeable about even the most tricky plumbing problems. He is honest will say all I need to do is fix this piece, where others would say no whole thing needs replacing. When he does a job it is done correctly, always passes inspection, and plumbed with the future in mind so no problems moving forward after a fix. After having worked with several plumbers and other contractors while completely renovating our 1923 home I appreciate Jeff's honesty, knowledge, ethics, and professionalism. I highly recommend.

Called them about a toilet we couldn't snake on our own. Came out within the hour and took care of the problem for us. Would definitely use again!

Responsive, showed up quickly and had my shower valve replaced in 45 minutes. Fair, honest prices and they cleaned up after they were done. Will use again for my plumbing needs!

The owner, Ben, came personally and cleared two clogged sinks, flushed two water heaters, and then even fixed water pressure issues that I had with two separate sinks at no extra charge!  I called the day before and he answered immediately and answered all of my questions.  He then came out the next day, right on time, and completed all of the work.  He gave a written quote BEFORE touching a thing, which was very competitive, and left no room for surprises.  I would hire him again and recommend Ben and his team without hesitation!

Marcus was very professional.  Priced fairly. Replace pipes under my kitchen sink due to leak.  We have found our plumber!!!

I was very pleased with Kenny's Plumbing. The whole team was knowledgeable and friendly. From my understanding, Janice oversees the details and scheduling. Kenny and his sons do the work. The guys arrived at my place on time, as promised. They got right to work; explained everything to me, and gave me some options on next-steps. They were in and out most of the day/ I had a lot of fun with them all. We joked a bit. But when it came down to it, they got the job done efficiently. I was most impressed! I called several plumbers about lighting the pilot light on my water heater after it had been repaired. They were the first who didn't have a trip charge and offered a free estimate. J.D. came out turned the gas back on and got my pilot light lit. Then made the experience 1000 times better by saying he couldn't charge just for doing that. I had had one of those weekends and being reminded that there is good in this world was just what I needed! Thank you!

I contacted nearly a dozen plumbers to disconnect my water well and attach my home to the county's city water line. Shane's Plumbing was the ONLY company willing to do the job and they did a stellar job. As my well started to fail I was stressed about how to keep running water in my home. Shane gave me a number of options and was always willing to answer questions and walk me through every step. What I anticipated being an overwhelming amount of work (and cost) need up being an easy job for Shane's Plumbing.

Brad Threadgill is the best plumber I have had work on a home. I have had the misfortune of dealing with multiple plumbing issues over the past few year . As a result, I have worked with multiple plumbers. They all come in with promises and give you a similar line to get the job. I'll be honest, when Brad came in smiling and telling me what he was going to be able to do for my family, I was a little skeptical that he was being truthful. He delivered on his word and was unlike any plumber I have worked with or heard about. Turns out the smile was genuine and he cares about his work and customers.

This is a veteran owned business that takes pride in their company and work. Take it from me and choose Schrader for your next job.

Almost exact issue as the other one star review. Hired them to replace two septic pumps. Was quoted nearly $13k, overpriced on the pumps by thousands but was one of the only companies willing to service that geo location so we went with it. After pumps were installed they said pipes were clogged and needed $4k to clear them. Paid that amount. After pipes cleared they needed us to hire an electrician to hook them up. $1500 to do that. After that was paid pumps burnt out. The company needed me to loan them $1500 for new pumps. After two weeks still no pumps. Needed an extra $500. Paid it. Here we are 3.5 months later and still no further than day one. Pumps still not working, I've dropped over $20k and lost the entire project. Hired a law to recoup my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
