I've used Rescue Air for 3 years now. They have always been prompt and polite. Signed up for their membership program and it's paid off. There have been a few things here and there that they have done to keep our old units running. One of the units went out last night and they had Andrew here before lunch time today. Andrew was clean,courteous, and polite. Once the issue was found he took me outside to show me exactly what had gone wrong. We discussed options and there was NO pressure at all.
