Had a floor furnace go out Cody and Son come out said i needed a pilot generator charged me 534 dollars part didn't fix the problem ,so for 3 hours of work and not fixing the problem, found a crack in one of the heat chambers they said i needed a new furnace , understanable it was like 40 years old the price they told me 6000 dollars found one with installation 2,400 dollars .nice people problem is they don't give you a break down on parts and labor they give you a total thats it,

Eric with Northwest Plumbing took care of me when the city of Fort Worth did some line repairs in front of my house it damaged my meter and water line. We the service tech showed up to my home as scheduled. He troubleshot my tanlkess water heater and said it was shot. It would have to be replaced. The cost was $8400 for your unit. The warranty company was not going to pay for it. The tech did say they had financing if I wanted to get it fixed. So I waited and called another company the tech came out and said their unit was 1200.00! But he troubleshot and found two valves leaking. He replaced them in an hour and we havent had any issues. The problem that I have now with your company is that your business practices are unethical and suspect! During these times you decided to price gouge at this opportunity to help the community. I don't understand why it was such a huge difference in the work being done! I will be reporting you to the BBB and the state attorneys office. Thank you and have a great day!!

I have used their services on two other occasions and I was Xtremely satisfied with their services. On this third time, another air conditioner unit that they didn't install, the compressor went out on it and it was still under warranty. Since they performed well in the past, I contacted them to perform the services. They installed the new Warranted compressor for $2,194. The price was very high but I agreed to the service.
The tech indicated they would send me an email receipt on Monday 7/3/2023 and I called on Wednesday to get my email receipt. It was just a total amount and mentioned the warranty compressor. I called and ask for a more specific itemized breakdown of what I paid for, and I got the run around for two days.
They finally sent a receipt, but it was the very same receipt they had already sent. I called again and someone was supposed to call me back (Jake) but never called. I call again and Jake finally called back and said he would provide the itemized copy of a receipt.
What he provided was a Joke and insult to my mental intelligence!!!!!!! The price category was substituted for Quantity and a number was place there. No actual dollar amount was provided for breakdown of services but the total bill again.
Don't use them, unless you are okay with being billed for services and you don't know what you are billed for. Xtremely poor customer service!!! Your bill will not list any specific prices for services rendered that they charged for. It will be just a total bill with no explanation of service.

The service seems fine ... but try to discontinue the automatic charges for your home maintenance. I've experienced more friendly people at the driver's license renewal.
Aunt ended up in the hospital with a stroke and we had to move her. Williams Home Maintenance is insisting on charging her for 60 more days of service because that is what the contract says. Told me it takes 60 days to stop the contract. Are you kidding me?!!!??!! You are going to gouge people out of another $80 ($40 for 2 months) even though they aren't in the home anymore. Way to go, Williams Home Maintenance.
