WARNO: Do NOT use Simms Plumbing. They installed a new water for me that went sideways. The new gas water heater was placed a on plastic pan (not okay). The strapping and tank was not secured; with one hand and very litttle pressure, I could shake already the already wobbly unstable tank. Reused old fitting and lines...oh yeah and it took two weeks to finish the job and that was the end result. Horrible Experience.

Martin was very willing to help me with a water heater issues. I called him on a Friday night and he was able to come early Saturday morning to take a look at the heater. He offered me two options, repair or replacement. We decided to replace the unit. He came to my house early on Monday and was there maybe two hours if that. I was able to get into work at a decent hour which makes me happy. I can't even tell that anyone was there doing work, no mess. I had swept up some leaves to clear the path to the heater and he kindly picked them up for me and put them in my green can. Overall very happy with his service and happy to have a plumber I can call! Great pricing!

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

He found a rather strange problem. Pipe from the wall had a pinhole leak in it. All repaired by replacing the pipe. The guy knew his stuff and charged a reasonable fee.

I just needed my ac serviced.  They scheduled me an appointment within 24 hours of calling. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Got the ac all cleaned out. It's working even better now. Price was good. If I need ac work in the future I know who to call.

Snake 'N' Laterals took care of our plumbing problems and gave us the customer service that we wanted.  
We had a slow leak from a pipe into the garage ceiling and we called 3 different plumbing companies.  Two offered to come out with a fee and they would add this to our service if we chose to go with them.  We called Snake 'N' Laterals and with no fee for our estimate we received prompt service and the owner Angel came out to see what the problem was.  He addressed the problem we called him for and we asked to have a camera check to make sure our main line was working since we had problems in the past.  The main line had broken in the past due to the roots growing into the line.  We had a different plumber fix it 3 years ago and the problem was back again.   Angel showed us where the roots were growing into our main line.  We had him take care of this problem and he fixed the leak in the roof area of the garage.  We also opted to have him Hyro Jet the main line,  Angel was very patient with addressing our concerns and answering all of our questions.  He was very careful to leave the work areas clean after he was done.
Plumbing jobs are not inexpensive but I was very happy with the service we received and the professionalism and knowledge he has as a plumber. We plan on using Snake 'N' Laterals for new toilet installations and other plumbing issues that arise.   Thank you Angel for your patience with answering our questions, the great customer service, and the expertise that you gave us.  Michael and Lorraine

Maxwell's Handywork did an awesome job installing our dog door. Was on-time, courteous, and even cleaned up after installing the dog door in the wall of our home. Thank you!

Albert just left.  Before he started work he quoted, 215 to $225 to take a snake machine onto the roof.  
I approved.  I thought he was quoting me a by-the-hour and that he would take about that long.  No.  35 minutes later he is finished.
He brings the invoice in and says, $245.  So my conclusion is: they charge more than $400 an hour.
This business needs to explicitly say, The job is quoted by the work to be done.  We do NOT charge by the hour.
When I called to clarify my misunderstanding, the woman on the phone started making up stories and misquoting me three different times.  She is very good at confusing an issue and blaming a current customer for past customer's complaints and issue.
They really need to get interpersonal communication training.  Because they did not clearly say, WE DO NOT CHARGE BY THE HOUR, they left room for misunderstanding and hard feelings.
No, I will not use them again.

I had a leak in my attic and didn't have a plumber. I found fresno plumbing on yelp and they were great. This was my first time using them and they responded to my yelp post very quickly.  They came out the next day and were very helpful. They ran into a few issues and took the extra time and effort to make sure they fixed the problem correctly. The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend their services.

Our AC stopped working, first we called Lee's Air but nobody picked up and I left a message for them to call me back. Over 2 hours later they never called me back. So we decided to call Allbritten. They answered right away and they were very polite. They answered all my questions and booked me for an appointment the next day per my request. I really appreciate that they will keep you updated via text when they will arrive so you can go about your day normally instead of having to sit around waiting and they will also call you 20-30 minutes prior to their arrival. The very next day our AC all of a sudden decided to work again. I called them to cancel and they were very polite and were not at all upset about the cancellation. I will definitely call them if I ever have any issues with my HVAC. I love their communication.

How this place stays in business is beyond me.Total incompetent morons answering the phones.Tried to get a tankless water heater flushed and they couldn't even get that scheduled,maybe there's so much work for them they don't want to mess with small jobs,can't figure that out.
