D & S plumbing was highly professional. They serviced our units in a quick and efficient manner. The technician was friendly, competent and early. I loved working with them and will certainly call on them again.

Up to this point our experience with HVAC people was pretty dismal. The previous company told us they were going to install Coleman unit. When they began to put in an unbranded piece of equipment and I asked about it the installer became confrontational and didn't really want to talk about it.

I'm so glad we have someone new who appears to operate with integrity.

Just had my first service (A/C) with Lees and was very impressed with Eric and Jose.  I've had several HVAC service companies over the 12 years in this house and Lee's is by far the best.  They did a thorough job with the service, explained everything clearly, and were very pleasant.  I did join the Lee's club because the benefits were so outstanding.

My air conditioner went out in the middle of summer last year. I called Hawk Air to see when they could come out to check out the problem. They scheduled me the next day and had my AC running in no time.  The Technician's possessed exceptional customer service.  Happy with their services. Would recommend to friends and family.

We have had a numbers of professional visits from our number 1 plumber, Armando.  He is extremely courteous, friendly, and accommodating to his customers.  Armando will continue to be our go to plumber.  I would highly recommend him to anyone, and I hope Controlled Climates knows how fortunate they are to have him as an employee.  
We will be trying the AC side of the business and we hope we are as fortunate as we were with Armando.

came to my house, only $49 service call which is good, But to change the cartridge in a single handle shower facet they wanted $609,  WOIW, a 1 hour job at the longest and a $45 part. Thank but no thanks

From October till April I dealt with them to fix my washing machine, they work with Sears as a third-party company, finally demanded a Sears technician who ordered the right parts and fix my washing machine

If you won't the job done right the first time call Franco's Plumbing. After calling 5 other plumbers and having them say we will get back to you or we can do it next week we called Franco's Plumbing and someone said hello. And this is the best part of calling Franco's #1 call back to schedule time to look at the job,#2 out to do the estimated,#3 call back the same day estimate given and date to do the job,#4 job done on time and fast. This was a wall mount toilet that the others did not have the time to do. Thank you Charlie for the great job. After that job I had Charlie come back for another job

After taking 6 bids from various local vendors for a new Heat Pump install, we decided to use Valley Air. We installed a 4 ton unit. Trane. Of the bids I received Valley Air's was the most detailed of the work to be included, and based on my research you generally want to go with one of three brands: Carrier, Lennox or Trane. They are the most reliable, easiest to repair and most efficient on the market. Valley Air sells Trane. The sales rep, Conley, was  professional and answered all my questions. When I had followup questions a few days later, he was quick to contact me and provide the answers. The install took two days. The installers arrived on time and did very clean and neat work. I had some duct work moved and a new return installed in the hallway. The installers at times argued loudly which concerned my wife and they did leave a bunch of metal screws scattered in one of our flowerbeds. Overall the install took two days and the installer apologized for the loud disagreements he and his co-worker had. They did not explain the final inspection process for the new unit. A firm called iPermit will contact you via phone and text to set that up. Thus, the 4 stars instead of 5. Valley Air is very price competitive and installs very good equipment. We replaced a 24 year old Carrier unit that was costing a fortune to run. The new unit is much quieter and much cheaper to run. Being a heat pump it has a much smaller carbon footprint. We are very pleased so far.

Had a water heater installed. Not only did the guy scratch our flooring taking the water heater out. He left sediment all over our patio where we walked out the back when he dumped the water out and stated the wind will blow it away. Had a mini beach going on. Didnt pass city inspection and had to come out again. The Office Manager Veronica is rude and lies about what she spoke with you about to cover her ass. Please stay away from this place.

This is a warning to not leave anyone unattended in your bathroom,  room, etc.  I'll keep this short without too many details because I'm stuck having to deal with this company again, it's one of only two plumbing co. my home warranty works.  I was called after the service was completed to see if I wanted an estimate for duct work.   I agreed and the guy showed up sweating like crazy(hot day).  I offered him bunches of ice water and once he was done he asked to use the restroom.   I agreed because he had about 44oz of water in his bladder.   I heard my medicine cabinet being opened and I thought I was delusional or paranoid.   Fast forward: He left and stole most of the pills I had in the bathroom.   I reported him to the owner and I was told he would be fired.   The next time (4 months later) i had to use my home warranty i asked the tech if he knew so and so and if he still worked there(playing dumb).  I was told he was still there!  I tried contacted the owner multiple times afterwards and no replies.   I don't know if he's there now though but to not fire someone after that is unheard of.
