They scheduled me the next day and had my AC running in no time.  The Technician's possessed exceptional customer service.  Happy with their services. Would recommend to friends and family.

First and foremost the woman that answers the phone is incredibly rude. You don't even get to finish your sentence and she's already rudely telling you exactly what does not answer your question! That is annoying AF!

At any rate I called because the mainline was clogged. They were out two hours later and the plumber was kind, fast and careful not to tare up my concrete beyond what was absolutely needed. In fact, you can't tell he had to chip around the vent unless you really look. He cleaned up after himself and fixed the problem.

I had asked him for a quote on a different issue and he kind of acted like he didn't want to be bothered by it. No biggie since I figured he was going off to another call. He did let me know that it would be quite an ordeal though. So, I was okay with that, just surprised they didn't want more business.

He then took my credit card info and handed me a receipt. As I recall he called the number into the office so I figured it was being charged. No worries.

Eleven days later I received a bill. I called the office and the rude lady answered the phone again and no surprise she was rude. Her attitude is very much it is what it is rather than trying to u sweat and the customer and be polite. She cut me off before I could ask the question regarding the billing then said, oh wait. You haven't been charged yet. So... you took my credit card, called the number in but never charged it? Lame. She then explained that it takes one to two weeks. Then she said a week. I told her they need to communicate that to people she cut me off again and said they do.

Clearly they don't or I wouldn't have called when I received the bill.

Bringing me to my next issue that attempted to ask and was cut off.... if you aren't billing for two weeks but sending out bills in the meantime... how many people just send checks the turn around and have their cards charged as well thus paying twice? She cut me off again with that oh well attitude to the point I just stopped trying and hung up.

Just be forewarned in those odd ball things but the guy that came out got the job done. Also the quote she gave me and what was actually charged were different. She indicated a simple clog was 125 and I was charged a bit more  as I recall. The tech said he didn't find any instructions just like build up. I'm assuming the extra was maybe for the work of having to chisels the vent. No worries. Techs seem good the receptionist needs some remedial people skills. Woulda been another star or so but the lady was just too dang rude.

I went with Willie Treece numerous times and found them to be extremely reliable, financially reasonable and extremely nice when dealing with my numerous questions. A lot of companies will usually target women with a lack of knowledge for simple or large fixes but with them that was absolutely not the case. I was treated fairly and met with a lesser price than the other people in nearby towns who wanted to rip me off with. For that I was extremely grateful because it's awful not being able to do things like having running water to take a shower or do things like washing clothes, especially when I'm on the go and have to commute often. They fixed everything without any continuing problems and explained things in ways I could understand. Even over the phone they were extremely helpful and patient with me. Thank you all (in the company) so much. I found my plumber, and out here, with all the hard water and septic tanks, we need that in this community really bad.  A+

I stumbled upon D&S yesterday, when searching for a plumber to handle an emergency at home. This, after being disappointed with the company that I first called and ultimately chose not to go with.

From the moment these folks answered the phone, to the ultra fast response time (well under an hour), to the great technician they sent out and the professional quality work he did, I couldn't have been more impressed. Oh, and the price was more than reasonable. It's clear to me why I'm seeing virtually all five-star reviews here for this company. They've obviously earned it!

In a city where, to me, mediocrity in business seems to be the norm - as I have expressed in other reviews - this company stands out to me as a notable exception to that rule.

These guys are awesome!!! Not only did they do an amazing job on my kitchen sink back up they communicated every step of the way -- and they were ON TIME! I will not call anyone else -- these guys know what customer service is all about!! I'm a huge fan!!!

A Plus plumbing was absolutely fantastic! Salvador came out when we were in major need of help, we had a broken kitchen sink and we're in search of an honest and fair plumber.  We were nervous because plumbers can be like car salesmen that'll say anything to get your money but to our wonderful surprise, Salvador was the complete opposite! He was straight forward with us, incredibly informative, genuine and above all communicative.  His work proved to be fast and solid.  He didn't milk our time,  he got to work right away and fixed our sink and garbage disposal and gave us such a relief and peace of mind! We loved Salvador and A plus plumbing so much that we will only work with them as our plumbers!  And we are proud to say that because good work for fair price is so hard to find. The best part for us is that they are local! I highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a great plumber!

I spoke with the owner, Dave, on a Friday night and was told he would come out Saturday morning.  Him and his son showed up and seemed like nice people. We walked to my back yard and looked at my AC unit.  His son Joshua H. (By the way, He just wrote a review for his own company) was testing my unit with his equipment.  I was told I was low on Freon and was going to need roughly 5 pounds. Was told that the freon was 200 a pound for r-22, which is no longer made in the US. I thought it was reasonable being that it was a Saturday and we were going into weeks of triple digits, I couldn't let my wife and 5 kids suffer.  So Dave(the owner) said that his son would drive down to Visalia to pick up the needed Freon. A few hours pass, and I get a call from Dave saying Joshua H. would be arriving shortly.  Mind you, I'm thinking he would be pulling up in a work truck, I saw that it was a Ford Focus. I should've seen that as a sign, there couldn't have been many tools on hand, let alone parts needed.  The son begins working and asks for some water, I gave him 2 bottles, being it was triple digits.  Time goes by, and he asks me for a water hose to clean the unit, which he did.  I get a knock at the door stating he's all done. He checks the temperature registering from the vent. It did drop a few degrees and was told that it would continue to drop. I ask for a receipt or invoice as I hand over the cash. The son then tells me, Don't tell my dad, but I gave you a little under a pound over. If my dad finds out, he'll kill me. This was a red flag being that if he can't be honest with his own dad, what makes you think he will to a stranger he just met.  I leave to go grocery shopping, thinking I'm coming home to a nice cold home. Wrong it was the opposite. Muggy and well over 80 degrees. That's when all the texting between myself and the owner. I asked why it was that. He then proceeds to tell me it's a txv valve.  How on earth would he know this being that 1. He wasn't here with his son while the labor was being done. 2. He was nowhere in sight of the unit to diagnose this was the issue. After going back and forth trying to get him to come out and look at the mess he made, he tells me there's nothing he can do until he gets the part Monday. So I wake up Sunday thinking the owner would try to make it right and come at least look at the unit, being it was going to be 111 for the day.  I was told that his son was busy working instead of making me a priority, being that I had handed over the cash already. So I called out another company. Thank God they were able to come on a Sunday. In the first 5 minutes, the technician pointed out that there was a refrigerant that had leaked from my unit. Note I had texted the owner also hours before the technician had pointed it out. Mind you that now I have a hazardous chemical R-22 LEAKED out around the unit where the freon was added and in fear that my animals are going to get into and die. I'm no way an expert on what the leaking chemical was but was confirmed by a professional.  The technician pointed out that there were no caps to where the freon was added.  Long story short, I had to pay for again for another company to come out and another 5 pounds of freon, which, this time, he added the caps. And guess what the txv was not the issue, it was the 5 pounds that leaked out from no caps. When I had called the owner and told him he began to call me a liar. After an hour of two, he agreed to give me my money back, just depending on the amount he discussed with his son. I just got a message from the owner stating he was not going to refund me anything because I'm lying.  I have many pics showing my house was in the 80s ever since IMD finished service. My ac is now well in the low 70s thanks to the other professional I had to have come out.  If things get made right, I will change or even remove my review. I just want what's right, I'm not trying to hurt anyone's business, but hey, the public needs to know. The owner also stated in a text message which I have posted that he doesn't give a rats about Yelp. We'll see

After juggling changes to their service date, they finally showed up to fix my HVAC and water heater systems.  Since this is a rental I was not at the home when they arrived and I let them in remotely.  After an hour they called me and told me they had fixed the issue, but there was a pending issue that I may need to repair in a few months after the winter season.  Fast forward to a few hours later and I could tell the heat issues were not fixed and the house is freezing.  I called the service back to set up another visit and the tech says the issue was never fixed because I didn't pay to have the future issue fixed. If the tech had told me the heater wouldn't work without the fix, I would have gladly paid for the fix right away, it's 30° out.  But instead I'm now looking for new HVAC support from another company and will not be using this service ever again.

We first contacted All Pro for a valve repair on the bathtub on Memorial Day weekend. I was told a price double normal charge. I then called Roto-Rooter who claims to not charge more for holidays and they were more than all pros holiday price! Ended up waiting until the holiday was over and got All Pro's regular price. What a bargain! Morgan came out and did an amazing job replacing the valve. The price included a nice Moen faucet and a promise to install it for free when the tub is ready   We could not be more pleased with the work , price and Morgan! What a hard worker!

So glad my hubby found Michael.  We are DIYers and call for professional help only if absolutely necessary.  We were converting our fireplace from loglighter to gas logs.  We needed help removing the old pipe so we can connect the gas log burner.  Michael came to the rescue, done in a little over an hour, and that included installing the burner and damper clip!  We will definitely keep MCM Plumbing on our go-to list the next time we have a project that stumps us (or hubby insists on taking a break ).

When you have a family of four visiting from out of state and your septic system gets full you need help, QUICKLY !!!
I called Pro-Rooter on a Saturday night at about 11 pm.   I was surprised to actually have a human answer the phone!
The lady took my name and address, told me that their guy would be there on Sunday morning to pump the system between 8 and 10 am.
At 9am, here comes their truck!!    

Although it took more time than we figured in finding and uncovering the septic lid they didn't complain once.   In fact, Darren and his daughter Keylee just dove right in and really got to it.

In about 2 hours we were done, with our tank empty, and also a bit of advice from Darren on  how to keep the tank in better shape by using a maintenance of septic treatments.

One thing that was different about Pro is that they took the time to make sure that the sludge at the bottom of the tank was broken up so it could be vacuumed out.   The previous service just took the liquid off the top and didn't touch the sludge, which in our case was the major problem.

I highly recommend this company, and especially Darren and Keylee anytime that you need septic service.

We had them come out to address 2 slow draining showers. Jesse snaked the drains for us and got us back in business in no time. He was friendly, and quick and charged a fair price.

Had a water heater installed. Not only did the guy scratch our flooring taking the water heater out. He left sediment all over our patio where we walked out the back when he dumped the water out and stated the wind will blow it away. Had a mini beach going on. Didnt pass city inspection and had to come out again. The Office Manager Veronica is rude and lies about what she spoke with you about to cover her ass. Please stay away from this place.
