They were never pushy or salesy about payment and even when I did decide to move forward they provided multiple quotes for flexibility in payment understanding the season the nation is in financially. At the end, I have a new water heater, and Chase actually included a second drain line. The work didn't leave a mess or damage to property and as probably assumed by now-I'll be calling back all other companies to cancel them coming out, and so should you. So I have a broken line and they came over to see what was going on. A lot of problems are going on but we paid for him to stop the leaks from the pipes underneath the sink. Put all new piping in and still he didn't even go back to make sure it wouldn't leak and yep it still leaking from the pipe. So I don't know but if you can't even put together PVC pipe properly shouldn't be a plumber. I even asked him to check before he left that it wouldn't leak and he definitely didn't so pretty upset with very unprofessional. He even had an attitude towards us at one point just basically threatening to just leave after I said I would have someone come and give us another after he told us to fix everything it would be 25,000$ of course I'm going to get another quote so him threatening after I said that very unprofessional
