I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am with Duncan Plumbing. I'm in an older house and had to replace all my clay pipes. It was a big job( digging up old pipes and even cutting through my driveway. They were fast and professional. Truly some of the nicest people on the planet.  My yard looked like a war zone after they started and now that it's finished, you can hardly tell what all was done. IMPECCABLE customer service by the owner, Denise! She was clear, pleasant and even conversant. Not at all gruff or grunting like so many other plumbing companies out there (you all can take a lesson in customer service, men) when they answer the phone. Her licensed plumber, Eddie, was nice and even showed up a tad early & got the job done with no surprised and was out the door before I could hardly remember he was there. They were also at 30-50% more affordable than the 8 other plumbing companies I called. I have a commercial property so they also took care of all the necessary permit issues. MLP is MVP to me!!
