We had a heat pump and furnace installed recently and couldn't be happier with the gentleman who sold us the unit and the installers. I highly recommend them if your in need of any plumbing and heating service.

Only called them because we had seen their trucks in the neighborhood and I needed to get a simple shutoff valve replaced on a toilet at my daughters house.  They responded very quickly and everything went well until they presented the bill for the 15-20 minutes of work.  They charged a $79 diagnostic fee , even though I had told them when I called that a leaking valve needed replacing.  On top of that they charged $100 for installing a simple valve that costs less than $10 at Lowe's or Menard's.  These guys really know how to put it to the retirees and single parents.   I will not call them again.
