Best Drainage Installation in Fort Wayne IN

I called at 8am this morning. Was told the business was opening up and would get a call back in 10 minutes. After 25 minutes I got a call back and was scheduled for service between 10am-11am. I was told that service could not be initiated until after 11am, I would get a call back. At a 11:25am I called. I explained that no one had arrived and that I really needed to be at work by 1pm, since I had taken the morning off. I was told that someone would be at my home within 15 minutes and the work would be done in time for me to be at work by 1pm. After another 20 minutes and to the point of frustration and tears, I called and canceled. I don't think a customer should have to be on the phone with a company 6 different times between 8:05am - 11:40am trying to get service. If you're not able to do it, say so.
