Best Boiler Services in El Paso TX
I have lived in Elpaso for almost my entire life and I have never run into a plumbing company so irresponsible. They answered the phone the very first time I called and that was the end of it they showed up to assess the situation. Left to go order parts and never came back never answered the phone never answered the text messages back. I would say I would call my neighbors 12 year old son and have a better reply and probably be able to fix the problem then using thrive for maintenance.

Our toilet intake hose busted this morning called they were out here at 3:00pm fast quick repair. The service person Chucky is the best we have ever had very knowledgeable and polite.

1. person that came to give initial consultation gave wrong diagnosis
2. Warner who was in charge of order in the pert for our heater said the part would be here Monday. Monday after receiving no phone call from the company, we called and Warner said our part wouldn't be in until Thursday, but that we shouldn't worry because it doesn't get cold in El Paso. each night was freezing.
3. they sent over a tech to install the piece and he didn't know how. he kept having to phone in for directions.
4. we asked the tech to leave and requested a new tech. Warner said we could have the same tech that didn't know what he was doing. and refused to speak to me directly. everything was relayed through a secretary.
5. the only reason they got 1 star is because of the last tech who new what he was doing. all the parts that the first tech had replaced were good. they were going to charge us $500 for replacing good parts. the new tech was able to diagnose the actual problem and provide customer service.
