Call them for the first time. Did not have them complete the job - I found them to be very expensive. They also do not do free estimates. I did find them to be polite, professional and willing to explain the situation. No problem there. I had to pay for their evaluation and their service call and did not follow through with a water heater and PRV replacement due to pricing. Called several other places and received better pricing.

We developed a kitchen sink clog on Saturday and used Yelp to find a plumber. Raleigh Heating and air responded almost immediately and had the most reasonable prices. Travis and Luis came out on Monday morning to unclog the sink. The townhouse we live in is very old and this isn't the first time we've had a clog the conventional methods couldn't handle. It is however, the first time we've had someone, not only unclog the sink, but also discover the cause and give a fair and accurate estimate for repair. Travis and Luis came out this morning to complete the job, replacing several feet of pipe in the crawl space, and even showed us a large section of pipe that was removed. That pipe was so clogged that that it's almost assured it would need to be professionally unclogged again soon or replaced. Travis and Luis were so professional, knowledgeable and courteous, performing the job well within the time and price estimate. So very pleased the the entire experience!! Would definitely recommend them fir any plumbing needs!! They will definitely be my first call for any problems I have in the future.

Long story short. Had toilet back flowing into shower. Blantons sent out Justin H . And he did an outstanding job. Was professional. Courteous and very thorough. Found my issue and fixed it for a reasonable price --less than I thought it would be. Overall an excellent experience. Would highly recommend blantons.

I recently called Associated Plumbing because whenever I flushed my toilet it was coming out into my shower. I had a big messy problem on my hands. Because this began at night I was forced to pour a bottle of liquid plumber down my shower drain (which was completely clogged. It took all night to drain. The next day when Associated Plumbing came by to check things out all they did was run water into my bathtub and flush the toilet a few times. They said it was draining slow, but seemed fine and the liquid plumber must have worked. I explained to them that this had happened once or twice to the former owner of my house. For such a major and disgusting problem they surely didn't investigate too hard into what the problem could have been. Nor did they give me any type of explanation or tips to avoid this problem from ever happening again. After truely doing nothing, they proceeded to charge me $100 dollars for them to not fix this recurring problem.

I have been trying to get in touch with someone from Blantons (other than a customer service rep. since Sunday May 29th and it is now Thursday June 2nd.
The service that has been received, rather lack there of, is unacceptable.
We signed up for the service plan where we pay a monthly installment and have routine checks on our AC Unit. When we were signed up it was also explained that we would have the extra perk of being pushed to the front of the line when needing a service call and that service was available on weekends.
I called on Sunday, May 29, 2022 at 4:22 PM and left a message regarding our AC unit not working at 3305 Michler Lane. I received a call back 4:33 PM and was told that a message would be sent to the on call technician and I should hear back from them. I called again at 5:55 PM as I had not heard anything back from anyone and our upstairs was approaching 80 degrees and we have young children who would be going to bed soon. At 6:26 PM I received a call back from the customer service representative and she again told me that she would send this over to the on call service technician. I expressed my urgency in the matter and concerns with the temperature. She apologized we had not heard back from anyone and that we would get a call back. By 7:27 I still did not hear anything and when I received a call back from the customer service representative at 7:30 PM she informed me that they do not work on weekends and that I would hear back from someone within 24 hours.
I called again this morning Monday, May 30, 2022 at 7:01 AM and asked to have someone come out. The customer service representative shared that they will send the message to the technicians but they cannot guarantee service today but I would receive a call back within 24 hours. I then explained I had been calling since 4:30 PM the day before and found this very frustrating and asked to have the service manager call me back by 11:30 AM today. She said she would pass the message along. By 8:30 AM I had not heard anything and decided to call another company who came out, assessed the problem, fixed it, checked their work, and completed the job all before 10:00 AM.
I have left multiple messages and even sent an email and STILL have not heard anything. Maybe this review will get a call back to resolve the issue and the refunded NEEDED.
