Best Sump Pump Repair in Durham NC
These guys have saved my home TWICE so far in 2020 with plumbing emergencies. The professionals that came were very kind and knowledgeable. Even during the COVID19 crisis, they are exceptional.

Adding in yet another issue. Shower valve in downstairs shower not secured to the framing. Pulls from wall and will eventually fail. Costly fix!

Our heat randomly stopped working at one of our rental properties so we reached out to Piedmont Metro for help! They had someone out the same day to not only diagnose but also fix the issue super quick! Very affordable & reliable! We'll definitely be using them again in the future!

I got a same day appointment for repair of a hot water heater l. Within a couple days the unit was replaced. The team was very professional, very punctual, and the price was very comparable to others in the area. I would highly recommend them

There is not a creature or human being that does not value their times. Animals are always busy preparing for season changes. The average working human being are always preparing for the next day. We all know time is money! No one wants their time wasted especially if you schedule an appointment weeks in advance and someone does not show. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance with this company. HE NEVER CALLED OR SHOWED for the appointment. Yep, the company are not reliable. I should have notice closely the ONLY FEW REVIEWS. Anyone can pay their friends or cousins to write a four star review. HE DOES NOT DESERVE A ONE STAR RATING! This should have served as a red flag and pre warning. You decided this is the message.
The price will be around $1500 we will need address and 3 day notice to get utilities marked call or text me at 9198804072 to confirm thanks

Only $860 to hydro jet our sewer line. They came out on a Wednesday after a Monday call, so you know they're busy. It took two plumbers less than 10 minutes to run the hydrojet and unclog the drain. I wasn't aware of the 2 plumbers with 1.5 hour minimum billing rate, but that's just business. They were able to invoice me by email in under an hour, which was nice. No pesky talk about pricing while on site.

Being a new customer, I was very disappointed with the service I received yesterday from Raleigh Heating and Air. The technicians didn't appear experienced and everything they did, they kept saying well this is $xxx more. I asked for bottom line and he seemed to have a problem with that. I was charged for the service call, charged for diagnose of the problem and none of that went toward the work they said I needed. The technician spent most of the time on the phone with his manager. He had a new guy riding with him; but when I asked how long he had been working for them, he said 5 months. My opinion, but I think he should have been riding with someone. When they left I had paid $290 and they didn't fix anything at all and they even refused to look at the second system! In addition, the technician told me about a$35 discount on the website, I printed and when I looked at the invoice, I didn't get!.
I am through with Raleigh Heating and Air....
Called another company today and will get the service charge credit to the repair and the technicians have been with company longer than 5 months.

Michael Clough is a man on a mission. I contacted him today (Sunday) because my pipes burst and figured that he wouldn't get to me until early next week given the numbers of folks who are in the same boat; frozen and/or busted pipes. Michael put me into the rotation early evening today and fixed the pipe in short order (had to cut out a section of pipe to restore my service). He let me know what he did and how to prevent pipes from freezing in the future. I really appreciate this small business owner's efforts to service the community of homeowners in the Bull City. This plumber and his tech know what they are doing and would recommend them to others who are looking for a professional team that focuses on solving plumbing problems.

I needed a new hot water heater installed and Mr. Mayo drove over to my house and hooked it up without any difficulty at all. His services, communication skills and professionalism were all excellent. And the cost was most agreeable. Highly recommend!!

I contacted Sublime Handy Work and Seth E. indicated he would come to my home either 6/10 or 6/11. He didn't come and I have not heard from him since.

Prompt and punctual, our tech was extremely informative and answered all our questions. I would call them again and recommend to anyone I know.

The technicians that came to fix my kitchen sink faucet were friendly and on time (I called to schedule and they had someone at my house in under two hours!) It was great to read their bios and learn about them - turns out we had some things in common! Both of the guys were very professional but easy to talk to. They recommended an option for a long term fix, which I chose to do after listening to the pros and cons. And the price was great too! I don't normally post reviews but I think these two guys deserve one. Thanks again Quality Service - you've got a customer for life!

We used Greene Hunt for some plumbing work last week, and it was easily the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Please don't ever use them. I would give zero stars if possible.
We needed to have a defunct garbage disposal removed and a basket strainer installed in our kitchen sink. After noting right off the bat that a deep strainer would be necessary since the basin of our sink is thicker than the standard, the technician told me the whole job would cost $187. Once the job was completed, however, I instead received an invoice for $320. This new price didn't make sense to me because (1) it was not what we had agreed to and (2) a total of $320 for this job would have amounted to almost $200/hour for labor, and the average labor charge for plumbers is about $85/hour.
After contacting the company to correct what I thought was an honest mistake, the technician proceeded to misrepresent our initial agreement and then flat out lied to me, claiming he didn't know upfront that a deep strainer would be needed. When confronting him for lying, he became extremely angry and hung up the phone on me after running out of excuses. I subsequently made an attempt to hash things out with the owner, who surprisingly insisted on backing up his technician's lie, claiming that I had misunderstood the initial pricing agreement and asserting that I was being unreasonable for not agreeing to the arbitrary price inflation.
I've had my fair share of customer service mishaps, but never have I been treated with such rudeness or indignation, especially by the owner of a company. Bottom line: I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

Funny how it took a public negative review to get my first apology from Greene Hunt. Actually, the technician was quite clear in how he intended to price that portion of the job, and y'all simply tried to deceive me after the fact. There was no effort made to improve the customer experience; charging me the price that we agreed to initially is simply what should have happened in the first place. When I told you that I would be mailing you a check for the price that we agreed to initially, you wrote back that I was being horribly unreasonable and sarcastically wished me a good weekend. You stubbornly waived my invoice out of pettiness, indignation, and scorn to spite me, not as a gesture of goodwill or some effort to genuinely resolve the situation. By refusing payment for the original agreement, you arguably managed to make this already unbearable situation even worse, leaving me to awkwardly feel like a freeloader and you to forego compensation for a completed job, essentially maximizing the dissatisfaction for both parties in this insufferable transaction. If you've somehow managed to make it this far down in the review, do yourself a favor and use another plumber!

I was in desperate need of a plumber as my garbage disposal was feeding into the dishwasher. I placed many calls and the only one who was available the same day was Mr. Rooter. To my surprise they arrived about 20 minutes later. Arthur and his partner did such a good job, were courteous. and very professional. I would highly recommend you using them for your plumbing needs and I would ask for Arthur. I know the next time I need plumbing service I will call the for sure.

We called Bell Cow when our upstairs AC unit went out. They replaced it four days later. The first day the new unit failed. They came out and fixed it. The second day the new unit failed. My husband thought he fixed it. Today is Sunday and the new unit failed a third time. They say, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Not true. It's Sunday. We've called their emergency number but it only refers me to their website. Never again.

They got here and gave me a quote that's unreasonably high. Although I have communicated my issue clearly beforehand and they should be able to give me a quote without having to be here. In the end I had to pay for the dispatch fee while fixing the issue myself. Genuinely bad experience, feels like a trap.
