Had to replace angle valves, and called multiple companies to try to get that fixed. We had to shut off our main line for the day since there was a leak we couldn't fix. Joe had the first availability and gave a quick estimate on the work at around 8 PM that night, and came by the next day at noon.

Took about 1 hour to get the job done (job was a bit more tedious than expected), and even helped with the removal of a drain pipe that needed to be replaced without an additional cost.

Joseph stayed true to the estimate he gave, and water seems to be working fine throughout the house again. He definitely cares about just doing a good job for others, and his prices are fair.

Highly recommended, and will be keeping Joseph on call if any additional plumbing help is needed.

I had a leaky flapper and water inlet turnoff valve. I called B&B late at night and very polite woman answered the phone since they offer 24-hour service 7 days a week. I managed to stop the leak, but I made an appointment the next day. Robert (plumber)  is a real professional, who knows what old fashion customer service is - show up on time in a clean new truck and a clean, pressed uniform with  a warm greeting. He had to put in a new Fluidmaster Pro 45 fill valve and I was lucky I had a spare Toto flapper. He fixed the inlet water turnoff valve, where a plumber on commission would have said you need a whole new valve ($300). Robert and B&B Plumbing have integrity and honesty as well as doing good work - a rare commodity these days. I have had maybe a dozen different plumbing companies over the years, B&B is one of the best.

I gave them a call late afternoon and they set a visit first thing in the morning. They arrived early, were very courteous, and took a look at all my plumbing problem areas. They showed me pictures of what they saw, and told me that I would be able to fix the problem myself and save hundreds. They told me exactly what to do. They didn't charge me anything. This place is definitely an honest business and a keeper.

Our shower was backed up and the guys were responsive, friendly and had the issue fixed promptly.

I had Mike look at a few plumbing issues at a rental property I own in La Habra.  He connected the refrigerator water line, connected the return on the dishwasher, and reviewed the washer dryer connections.  Very honest, thorough and nice.  He also looked at my ac unit and showed me the filter.  And yes, showed me were the gas line was for the fireplace. Reasonable prices too.  Two thumbs up from me.

Chris was very quick to respond on text, called him in for a small job and quickly gained trust to ask for a full re-pipe of the whole house.

I HIGHLY recommend So-Cal 1. The main sewer line had separations. I did my due diligence and talked to several plumbers. Federico from So-Cal 1 was great. He was friendly and professional. He carefully explained everything and gave me a few options to repair it. He was on time for every appointment. We decided to repair the sewer line using a liner. Once completed, they spent the time to show me the liner with a camera. Everything looked great! If you need a plumber, I HIGHLY recommend them!

Armando made sure to call me back the day I requested a quote for a second opinion, even though he had experienced a very busy day.  He listened to my plumbing concerns, asked good questions, and helped me troubleshoot my water temperature problems to give me confidence to know that my HOA is responsible for the challenges I am facing.  If this was my own plumbing problem, I would quickly have Overtime Plumbing come out to service my condominium.

The technician came and put a metal line in the pipe and it got stuck. The technician came back a week later and cut the metal line. When we requested the technician to put a camera in the pipe to locate the exact spot the pipe is broken, the technician said that the camera is too large and would get stuck in the pipe just like the metal line so the technician estimated the spot where the pipe is broken. We hired another company to obtain a second opinion and the new company was able to insert a camera in the pipe and locate the exact location where the pipe is broken. It was 10 feet away from the spot where Downey's technician had estimated. If we let Downey perform the job, we would have had to open up a way larger hole on the floor to replace the broken pipe. Don't waste your time with Downey for plumbing and pipe issues.

I highly recommend this company for their responsiveness and exceptional customer service. The initial phone personnel showed concern for my plumbing problem and worked for me to get a competent technician to my home within two hours. Jeff, the technician was extremely cordial and very knowledgeable with details on how to fix our plumbing issue. He also provided needed information on how to control our home's system for water management. This company is exceptionally helpful budget wise as they did not charge for the initial service call.  My intention is to use them in the future to replace the overall plumbing upgrades needed for my home. I commend their business model that's not often seen by consumers. Well done!

George is absolutely the best .. workmanship, quality and price! He installed our alkaline water f and we couldn't be any happier. The job was done flawless from point A-Z.

Great job on patching and texturing several holes. Marco was polite and efficient. His schedule set him back quite a bit. 1-3 became 4:45-7. Overall, good experience. He came with a truck that had all the equipment he needed. I would use ASAP again.

They advertised that they serviced within 25 miles but yet they refuse to service Los Angeles which falls within 25 miles! Isn't that false advertisement?! That is one way not to grow a successful business and keep a new reoccuring customer!

He got the job done relatively fast and did not leave a mess.

What a jerk!!!!! He comes in and tells us that if he has to take his shoes off and on it would be a problem. He then pulls his arms and hands up and says tell me right now if you want me to look at it but I'm not gonna take my shoes off. We took his offer and showed him the door. Who comes to any home with dirty shoes and refuses to do his job if he has to take his shoes off. His attitude was  pompous with a Hint of racism, mentioning it must be a cultural thing... Um no it's a clean thing. My husband mentioned that we had young kids! He says I got kids so what! He is very very egotistical like he has plenty of jobs and doesn't need to be respectful or service-oriented. In any case, don't work with a jerk. Don't know if he's any good at his actually job because his attitude didn't allow for us to get there.

Late Friday night (after regular business hours and well into emergency call territory) both our toilets and showers backed up. The plunger wasn't going to fix this problem and we dare not call a big name plumber with us over a barrel. We waited til morning and my husband called a place that specializes in clearing lines but they didn't have any availability and recommended another plumber. The second plumber didn't have any availability until Saturday night. One call to Trusty Plumbers and Mitch was out within the hour. He quickly and efficiently cleared the line and thoroughly explained the issue and our long term options. Lesson learned: call Trusty Plumbers first!

Quick response time and great service. Roy was nice and helpful on the phone. Matt had the replacement parts installed in about 30 mins. I would definitely recommend them.
