I had Daniel move some plumbing around in my laundry room as well as unclog a kitchen sink.  The laundry room project ended up being much more complicated than he expected but he had a great attitude regardless which is what I appreciated most.  Daniel is communicative, friendly, prompt, and professional.  I felt comfortable enough with him to leave him at my home alone while I ran errands.  Best of all, he loves dogs and runs a golden retriever rescue on the side.  I will definitely be calling him again.

Joseph was able to do a last minute appointment and get my sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal all installed before Christmas!  Even did a Home Depot run to get the correct dishwasher hose/attachment that didn't come with it in the order I had shipped!  Great team that did a great job.  Will hire again for future plumbing needs.  Thanks guys!

I had all my family coming to visit for a week & the night before they were going to start showing up, my plumbing started backing up in the bathroom. I called a plumber I know & he was busy with a huge job & referred me to Scott. I called Scott, told him the problem & he & his brother were at my house first thing the next morning. They had to clear the main drain & ended up having to remove the toilet to clear it that way. I figured I'd have a mess to clean up when they were done but they put plastic down all through my place & when they were done they totally cleaned up all the mess, including the bathroom floor! They were done pretty quick & were gone right before my brother & nieces showed up. Thank you! I've already referred them to my sister & will continue to refer them to family, friends, & clients.

They informed me about every step of the job they were doing and why it was relevant. I'm an Nurse and it's important for me to educate my patients and their families of what the plan is for their care. These gentlemen impressed me and brought their A game. Thanks again fellas! Not impressed. These guys didn't get our kitchen sink unclogged. Pipes still clogged up after service call.

First off, I just want to say how thrilled I was to have Mike come out for our tankless water heater install. He has amazing knowledge of the products and amazing service. I can tell he has a lot of value doing a job correctly after what he and his partner Ron did for my family.

We had a really bad experience with an install of the tankless from someone else. Mike and Ron came in here and CRUSHED IT. Made everything back to normal and gave us an amazing Navien product.

I'm going to use them for years to come.. if you want to get treated like family and have an honest , reliable, and amazing company I would highly recommend using Mike and his team!

Good communication, quick to respond,  service very thorough. Chris came on a Sunday to repair a pinhole leak and got it done within an hour. Fair price and reliable. Highly recommend!

I requested a quote for to replace my pipes and bot o ly did he and his team come through, they did a great job. My house is on the older side so the team went in for 3 day the first time replaced galvanized pipesas well as installing a tankless water heater and the main pipe that connects to the city. In order to assure my house would be fine they came back to replace out going pipe. They did a great job in removing, hauling and replacing all pipes. I'm a highly satisfied customer who would recommend SO-CAL 1 PLUMBING to any one who wants a job done well and effiecient.
The crew was very respectful and on time and a job that was told was going to take a day and a half was completed in just one day.

Our shower in the master bathroom flooded in the middle of the night.  Called quite a few places, most were answered by their dispatchers, but Diego answered for Overtime and came within 20 minutes.  The two men were very respectful, professional and explained things clearly.  Hopefully I won't have to call them at 4 AM again but would recommend their outstanding service to other people.

I live in Carson, that being said plumber's are at our home at least two to three times a year.  This time we were sent Downey Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning, our technical was Jose.  He was awesome.  Jose came in would not stop looking for the problem until he found it in the wall.  Jose got approval and repaired the broken pipe, he did it in record time and was professional. He was very knowledgeable of his work.   He made sure his work area was clean inside and out.

What an amazing plumbing business. Fast, reliable honest and during covid they did all the right precautions. To say I'm impressed is an understatement. Daniel came out for a kitchen sink clog and he was AMAZING. Super kind, helpful, polite. He did an amazing job, wore a mask, booties and gloves the entire time which made us feel a lot better about having someone in our house. Their prices can't be beat and neither can their customer service. I will definitely be using them in the future. 5 stars all the way.

I had Rick and the crew replace the heating/AC ducting in my attic.  They showed up on time and gave me a good price.  They really did a nice job and obviously take pride in their work. I called Rick to install a last minute water line before our fridge got delivered and he made time to come out in very short notice. He not only installed the line, but he fixed leaks, repaired my garbage disposal, and replaced a few parts that needed it.   He was very polite and friendly and had extensive knowledge of his craft. He did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend his services.  I will be using him again. 5 stars.

It's true, Mark is a Prodigy: an exceptional talent when it comes to his trade!

I found him on Yelp and gave him a call after my husband started to install a new part on our water heater, but couldn't finish due to his knee surgery.   When I called Mark (close to the end of the day) he said he could be out within the hour to my surprise.  He quoted me a very reasonable price and arrived in a timely manner with his apprentice.  This guy  did most of the work while Mark supervised because they just came from a similar job where his apprentice observed.    I wish I got his name, he worked hard.

The job took them 1 1/2 hours.  Was happy to see he gave us a 90 day warranty on his workmanship.  Past plumbers always gave me a 30 day.  This tells me he's confident in his work.  

It is true, this guy is a nice, honest guy who doesn't gouge you.  I hope this review helps build his business.  We need more good plumbers like him out there.
