Great service, professional, at an affordable price. Everyone I called to fix the problem I had, either didn't want to handle the job, or wouldn't respond back. Proper Plumbing handled the job, we're on time, and exceeded my expectations. If you don't call Proper to fix your plumbing, you're missing out on quality that's rare to find. Wow, so grateful I called them. I'm a property manager and my tenant's heater broke down. I was a little apprehensive since they charge $200 for diagnosis but with the price of gas and time it takes to diagnose, I understand. Can't say how happy I am that they got the heat up and running and the fireplace and only charged me under $200. Would highly recommend them due to their honesty, suggestions for future repairs, and how fast they showed up.  Thanks guys, Look forward to working with you in the future.

Full disclosure I didn't end up needing Tim's services but I felt compelled to leave this review because he was so incredibly responsive and communicative.  It's an amazing quality that is very rare these days.  When something goes wrong with your house you want to be able to reach someone quickly through various means and Tim did that.  Some business are only willing to communicate with you and provide estimates on their terms but Tim wasn't like that at all.  Will bookmark him for future needs for sure.

Had a whole home water filtration system and reverse osmosis drinking system installed, guided me on what they recommended to purchase and came out and did a great job on the install, haven't had any problems

So unfortunately my kitchen sink got all clogged up and it would not drain at all. I gave Western Rooter a call because they had so many great reviews and Justin, the service technician, came to the rescue. He unclogged my kitchen sink in no time. He was very friendly, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends for his great service! Just got to give big thank you to Justin and Western Rooter:)

We had our third pipe leak in a little over a year & decided it's time to repipe the entire house. Repipe 1 was recommended by a friend who is a plumber but doesn't do repiping. I called early in the morning and they came out that day to stop the current leak and give me a estimate. I was pleased with the fair price, warranty is wonderful and their professionalism of explanation regarding the process. My 3200 square foot home was repiped in one day, city inspector came out the next day, dry wall, taping & texture was completed the day after and then a final inspection. After all was completed I had a small issue with a piece of drywall repair. I called and that day they came out to repair the area (which now looks perfect). I highly recommend them if if want a fair price that includes all repairing of access holes and is left paint ready when completed. They made a very stressful situation a little less stressful. I love that their lifetime warranty includes any collateral damage that could occur and the warranty is transferable if you sell your home. Do it right the first time! It's a major investment. Some of my neighbors tried to cut corners which didn't include inspections or a warranty and have had some horror stories. Great company!!!

Just had our salt based water softener replaced with a Pelican NS3 water conditioner to be more eco friendly.  Kent the owner was prompt giving us an estimate and did the install today.  Can't say enough how nice and efficient he was.  His service is beyond expectations and the quality of work is bar none.  He evens provide after service to come back in 6 months to check on the system and provided free filters that will last for years to come.  Definitely would recommend calling or emailing him if you want one stop shopping and installation

Great Service! We had a main sewer backed up and came the drain king to the rescue. Rob is very nice and very reliable.  Highly recommend him :)

The service was the best I have experienced with plumbing issues.Richard came out to the house to resolve my slow draining for a bathtub and toilet. He spent hours on the roof to isolate the problem including use of a camera to provide me his suggestions on the best alternatives to fix my sewer issue.
I will surely reach out to Elite and ask that Richard comes out to install a new sewer line soon.

Kody quickly answered my request for a quote, and set up a quick call to go over the details of my requests (installing a water filtration system, w/ new piping). He really seemed to have a solid game plan for what the best solution was and walked me through it, which other plumbing services did not do. On the job, Kody and his partner were friendly, professional, and clear with what they planned to do. The end product looked great, clean, and worked just how I wanted it to, would highly recommend these guys!

Elijah replaced my faucet and was very thorough and had great customer service and was able to complete job same day with no hassle. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get a job done fast and efficiently. Thank you Eli!

I had a water leakage from my tub, and another plumber (whom I got from Yelp) came and fixed it but created another problem. The other plumber was so frustrated that he did not come back to finish the job. There was a hole between my downstairs ceiling and my upstairs bathroom for a few weeks!!!

This time, I learned to find plumbers who are not from big companies, who just sent their technicians and they are under the pressure to make a sale and charge a lot, I looked for smaller-sized companies.

After submitting a new request through Yelp to a few plumbers,  Tony called me and walked me through how he would fix the plumbing issue on the phone. Tony also ensured me that he and his partner were the ones doing the work, not a fleet of technicians. Despite the fact that I had two other plumbers who were going to bid for the job. I was so impressed with Tony's knowledge that I gave him a chance.

Sam, Tony's partner, came and fixed the plumbing problem and did a beautiful job. Tiny and clean...., within the time promised. The price is reasonable also! So far, Tony and Sam are the best I have experienced!

Requested service and a quote for next day service.  Robert arrived and was amazing. Flushed my tankless and gave me advice on how to maintain it. Walked the house with me as I went over all the little problems we had. Helped me figure out what was needed and got an emailed quote within 24 hours. Highly recommend!

On time and on budget!  John and his team performed a significant amount of work in our new house.  They took out a bathtub and put in a shower for my aging mother in law, took the carpet off my stairs and put down wood, put in whole house water filter, 3 TV brackets, wiring for TV's, and ceiling fans. Very pleased with the way John's team performed.
