Great service, professional, at an affordable price. Everyone I called to fix the problem I had, either didn't want to handle the job, or wouldn't respond back. Proper Plumbing handled the job, we're on time, and exceeded my expectations. If you don't call Proper to fix your plumbing, you're missing out on quality that's rare to find. We had slight leak in our attic and called to get some out to see the extent of the problem.. making the appointment was very easy .. called ahead of time to let us know the repair person was on their way and who to expect.. Will arrived right on time and identified the problem and was able to immediately take care of the issue.. Will was very professional and friendly.. in just a short time we felt very confident with his work..there was never any pressure or other needed repairs..we were very nervous about the cost but we were pleasantly surprised..we now know whenever we have any plumbing or air conditioning problems again who we will call.

Had a whole home water filtration system and reverse osmosis drinking system installed, guided me on what they recommended to purchase and came out and did a great job on the install, haven't had any problems

I booked an appointment with Freedom First Plumbing today and the technician no-showed.  No one at the company bothered to let me know.  I was contacted by 3 other companies that offered to do the job for cheaper but I had already booked with Freedom First and didn't want to be disrespectful of their time.  Now I have a broken sink I can't use that I had been counting on Freedom First to fix which I could have had someone else come out and fix if they had bothered to let me know they couldn't make it.

So far off to a great start with our new Water Softener, the team were quick and responsive. Explained everything very well and super tidy. Great workmanship with the project. I wish I knew I had to supply my first bags of Salt with the project install, however It was quick to find the bags at Home Depot.
