Andrew is terrific. He showed up on time, diagnosed the real issue , was working on the problem before I returned from an errand. (Then tightened up my hose bibs that have leaked for years, and cut off a sprinkler-all for a service charge!) He's my new guy!.

I have had Downey plumbing come out twice to my house.  Since i have insurance on my plumbing for the house i decided to call them when I noticed my water pressure was low. the gentleman who came was honest and helpful he told basically I needed a re-pipping for the house and since I don't have thousands of dollars just laying around I told him thanks..
A month later I come home and there is no water in the house.. I  call my insurance company who contacts Downey plumbing to come out because they are 24hours.. Eric comes out.. At first he seems less friendly however very professional. Eric explained the problem and told me the house needed to be re-pipped because this was an emergency the insurance company will cover some of the work.. Eric scheduled a day for the re-pipping and told me they would not leave until I had water.  The day of the pipping I had 8 men in my house these men were straight down to business professional clean and reassuring. I mean these mean even vacuumed and mopped once they completed the job.. One was  even scrubbing and wiping the porch down. Eric came that morning explained the process again and told me he will not accept payment until I was fully satisfied. I called over 3 plumber before I decided to go with Downey. Downey offered a 25 years warranty on the pipes, a 5 year for labor and shut of valves and the company even replaced things I didn't know was broken!  The head guy over the project  even walked me around to make sure I was okay with the work at the end. Eric came back the next day to do a follow up and to double check the work!!!! The only compliant I have if I had to make one was the receptionist.. She was not the most friendlinest. I missed her call because I was at work.. Called her right back and she got a little smart with me.. I was like really lady calm down..

My kitchen sink had a bad smell coming out of it and it kept getting flooded with nasty water whenever I would turn the waste disposal on. Pipe Bros came out and fixed it no problem. They were really professional and very reasonable for what they charged me. I will definitely call them again if I have any future problems. Thanks Pipe Bros!

I had a pretty complicated reverse osmosis system previously installed by a handy-man and about a month later it started leaking pretty bad.  I decided that I wanted/ needed a plumber to fix it and also to make sure it was installed correctly (which come to find out it wasn't!).  I called Plumbing Method and they came out right away.  Even though Cori had never installed this particular reverse osmosis system before, he started problem solving right away-and most importantly, when he got stuck, he called the company who made the system to talk to one of their techs to help him problem solve some of the system's more challenging issues. Given that the system was incorrectly installed, Cori definitely had his work cut out for him. He had to come back three times because new parts had to be ordered/installed- but he was persistent and his costs were reasonable.  I will ALWAYS call Plumbing Method for any/all of my plumbing needs.

I contacted my landlord to report a pressure issue with the kitchen faucet.

Brock was sent to take care of the job. I explained to Brock I also had another problem with the sprinkler valve system not working properly and it overruns which affects the water bill.

Brock listened to my concerns intently and addressed both issues. Not only that, he also took the time to show me how to reset the kitchen sink garbage dispenser. Why- because it's the most reported kitchen issue. I wish all plumbers are like Brock. True professional!
