I had a slab leak and my insurance company only covered one pipe but I decided to reroute 3 since they were all in the same footing and I didn't want to have to go through this again in the future, and a friend recommended Brian from the gym.  So I went up to Brian the next morning (yes I violated gym etiquette and interrupted his sets, but this was an emergency!) and asked if his office could call me and that very same day Alayna from B&B called and set up an appointment for someone to come out.  They gave me a very fair quote and I hired them.  They were prompt and tidy and one of them even sang a little Jimmy Buffett while he worked.  Happy employees do good work I always say.  They also installed a faucet and fixed my shower handle which I thought should have been finished that first day but they had to come back the next day and they charged another trip charge.  But the pipe reroute was such a good price I didn't complain.  A few days later there were reverb noises coming from one of the pipes and when I called they came right out and fixed it because my drywall was going in the next day.  They were also very quick in providing the paperwork my insurance company needed to reimburse me.  That's great service!  Thanks Brian, job well done and you have my repeat business.  I'm a happy customer.

Scott and his brother (sorry I forgot his name!) were both Soo helpful and fair. They came the same day I called, and got rid of the mess in my sink for $99. They gave me ideas for products to help keep my pipes unclogged, and were just what you'd want a plumber to be. Smart, polite, know what they're doing and good prices.  Every single part of the encounter was pleasant.  I highly recommend them- and they guaranty their work for 30 days.  Once you'll see their attitude and service you'll know what I mean about how unusual the experience is!

I had a plumbing emergency & Big O's came to my rescue quickly & very professionally. The guys at the jobsite were very thorough + told me what was probably going to break next on my very old toilet. Landlord's problem really but all in all very happy with Big O's & would use them again whenever possible.

Thank you to Leela, Mike, and Will. Will was dispatched to come repair/replace the tub spout diverter. It was around 15 years old and wouldn't divert water even with a new plastic gate valve that I switched out. So, if you got a spout that's old, it's most likely corroded internally and letting the water leak out the spout when showering. The new spout is installed and there's no water leakage when lifting the shower diverter. I'm glad I called Complete Plumbing because I didn't know if I would have been able to complete this fix myself. It really was a fantastic experience, Will has a great sense of humor too. Thank you Mike for communicating through Yelp messaging on your Sunday. I wouldn't have called but he informed me that they had a couple open appointments for Monday. So, I called Leela right away in the morning to get a plumber scheduled. I didn't get a call as promised but a knock on the door at 2 p.m. by Will is just as good. I also chose them because they're local in La Habra, that's just the next city north of me.

My call to So-Cal 1 Plumbing was because my water heater needed to be replaced. The technician who came to service my issue was very knowledgeable and was able to give us options in pricing. My husband chose this thankless water heater, and I have to admit the outcome turned out very nice. It's more appealing than a traditional one. The job was done in a timely manner and with no mess.

My husband was doing a job in Downey and needed a plumber to fix a water pipe that had broken. I immediately checked online to look for plumbers and the first one I found was Diego. He did an amazing job. He was very friendly and told me that he could get to the site within 1-2 hours. He got there sooner and fixed the water pipe right away. I am so glad I found him. I will definitely recommend him to family and friends!

What a blessing! They were  recommended to me and I was surprised of how well he took care of me and my family. I was over charged before and had a bad experience with a plumber once but they took care of me. It was a hot day and he patiently got the work done all in one shot. I have him a papaya from my tree and some refreshing water. Professional, knowledgeable , and honest. I highly recommend them and I will be recommending them to my church congregation.

Rick gets the Job done! Plain and simple. I needed my water heater replaced. He got the job done quick and for a great price. All the other corporate plumbing services are a rip off! Rick is a great guy who deserves our business.

Mary answered the phone when I called she said for them to come out there is a charge of a $100 regardless of anything so the second they walk in they want the $100 even if they dont do anything.  

I told her i will give them a chance to take a free look and provide an estimate but she was not interested.  

That kinda worries me if they are not even willing to take a look at the job and provide an estimate.  Who knows if you hire them you could be looking at a very large tab.

I get all my plumbing done with Trusty Plumbers because they are the best! They do a great job and are honest!

Jerry came out today to inspect our water leak. He did such a thorough and detailed job! He is one of the best we've worked with! He was incredibly knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. He was very informative, patient with all my questions and helped me understand the issue at hand. He went above and beyond in his work and we are so glad we had him! I would highly recommend this company and would gladly recommend Jerry for any plumbing issues.

We recently needed to replace our ancient water heater.  I knew we were on borrowed time with this water heater, as it was here when we bought our home and we've been here 23 years.  When I saw the water pouring out the bottom, I turned off the water and got on the phone.  This was midday.  First I googled the heater brand and discovered that they stopped making water heaters back in 1989!  I guess I got my money's worth.  I called Biard & Crockett first, but they could not get anyone here till after lunch the next day.  So I called another company who got here later the same day.  They told me that the water heater needed to be moved and gave me a quote for over $7000.  I called a handyman who has worked for me before and he could be here early the next morning.  But then early the next morning Biard & Crockett called to say they were on their way and could be here in about 15 minutes!  Brandon arrived and took a look and gave me a couple options, one of which I chose.  He said another guy was already on his way to pick up a similar water heater to what I had.  My problem was that the way it had been installed so long ago there was no room for a larger tank, and that a tank like what I had (30 gal) was actually more expensive since that size is not used as much anymore.  Regardless, I got a brand-new water heater (only a 6-year warrantee) the very next day, and paid only $1250 for everything.  I might've gotten away cheaper with the handyman, but I know it would've been a much more elaborate job with me having to go buy the tank with him, whereas Biard and Crockett just took care of business and were out of here in just a couple hours.  All of this took place in pouring rain.  In fact, it was due to the rain that the handyman was available (he usually works construction, but it was cancelled) and even Brandon got to me earlier than they planned due to the rain cancelling another job.  I've had B&C do other work for me in the past and I am just as pleased with the work they did this time.

Had a drain issue that came up yesterday (Sunday). Found these guys on Yelp and contacted through message center. Let me know they could come today (Monday) between 9-10.

Sure enough they knocked on the door about 5 after 9. Came through and quickly (and cleanly) cleared my drain issues.

Needless to say I've saved the company's info in my phone. Thanks y'all!

Albert is a king.  He came out in 2 hours to drain our septic tank that was beyond full.  Went above and beyond.  Extremely knowledgeable.  Hard worker.  Honest.  Also made sure my yard was cleaned properly afterwards, due to the drainage.  Not calling anyone else from now on.

I am adding this update to my review. One of the managers, Tony, from Clean-Out Kings called and came out to review the sewer piping under the house. He refunded the entire inspection fee and they performed a new camera inspection of the line. The video showed the sewer line was partially clogged, but there was no indication of a broken line. They performed a free roto root of the line.

Tony, the manager, was very respectful and apologetic about the prior visit and indicated he would be implementing corrective action. He was taking the review seriously and wanted to do what it took to make it right. So I did learn that there is a partially blocked portion of my sewer line that is part of the original house cast iron sewer system. It is currently draining free and clear, but will eventually require replacement. I would trust them to do future plumbing work again on the house.

Got a call from my wife saying that our sewer line is backed up went ahead called around yet the last sewer solutions gave me a call back within matter of minutes they came out to my property took a look at my issue fixed it within 30 to 60 minutes like they promised I have a broken sewer line found roots in my sewer line gave me a reasonable price to dig it up and replace it and even give me an extended warranty with a 10% first-time customer discount I will keep these people in my phone from now on I do recommend them to anybody looking for a good reasonable plumber thank you

I would never use them again.  I left work early to meet them and they didn't show up.  Not even a call.  When I called plumber said he couldn't make it until 6:00.  At 5 a girl shows up and says she is there to fix problem.  While trying to fix the problem she caused sewage to overflow all over side of home.  Her response was If the home was plumbed properly that wouldn't have happened.  She was going to bill me to clean it up.  They were to return 2 days later to finish fixing and called me the night before to say they couldn't make it and that they would refer another company.

Robbie came out and did a very thorough maintenance of the system, also identified a few key issues that I should consider improving.  Will go back to this company again for all future needs.
