I HIGHLY RECOMMEND B n B Plumbing Had a slab leak in the middle of our living room. Came out quickly, found the leak and stopped the source while keeping the water running in the rest of the house. Next day 2 very professional plumbers did the extensive repair quickly. I thought the price was great before they started and thought it was outstanding when I realized the scope of the work they had to do. If you need a plumber B n B are the people to call. And no I'm not related to them although this review looks like it

Proper Plumbing handled the job, we're on time, and exceeded my expectations. If you don't call Proper to fix your plumbing, you're missing out on quality that's rare to find. I've had these guys come out for a couple of issues and have always been fast and effective.  We had them come out about a year ago for a minor bathroom plumbing issue, and just recently to help with a broken and leaky thermostat on our water heater.  Great work and fast.  Always a pleasure and will keep using them.

I didn't realize how hard and painful it is to find a plumber to get a salt free water softener installed for our 2 month old new home from Shea. After having spent a week corresponding with Cameron from C & C Plumbing and Drain Cleaning, made and confirmed Friday an appointment to get it installed Saturday, 4/25. The guy Cameron sent to do the job shows up 1.5 hours and barely presentable (shoes wasn't even put on properly). The guy even didn't bother to call to let us know he was late. During the 1.5 hours, I'd managed to find Matt from Bigos Plumbing through Yelp. We exchanged several text messages, pics of work site and plumbing pipes and a couple of calls. He said he would be able to do the work and was going to be able to do the work later that day between 2-5pm. Matt and Cory showed a little after 5pm and they called indicating that they were running late (little things we take for granted sure means a lot when you are at your wits end)! Both showed up and looked professional unlike our guy from C & C Plumbing. Matt notice that the valve joint where the main shutoff lever and the seam was leaking. the bolt holding the shutoff lever was rusted so it must have been leaking for a while. Matt recommended to ask Shea to fix it. They completed the work in 2.5 hours. Matt and Cory were very meticulous making sure the pipes were leveled and the job look clean. I was very happy with the work and was happy that finally got this project done. Now just a matter of filing a service request with Shea homes to get the leak fixed. The customer service rep and the plumber comes out to look at the leak. Shea and their plumber decided to fix the shutoff lever but said that Matt had caused the leak in the seam by moving the valve joint or because of the heat from the soldering melted the seal (just great...another problem). I'd called Matt and he talked to the Shea's plumber. He was told that he just needed to tighten the connector that connected at the valve joint. Matt comes down as soon as he finished his job and looks at the issue. He couldn't tighten the connector anymore because it was as tight as it could be but it was still leaking. Removed the valve joint to look at the seal and it was not broken. All data and facts point to a faulty valve joint but the customer service rep from Shea simply said it is no longer under warranty when it additional work was done. Didn't bother to listen to facts or reason, didn't think about doing the right thing for the customer. Guess who stepped up to the plate, Matt. He just went on his way to fix the issue by replacing the faulty valve joint and doing the labor for free! Matt a tiny little company puts out time, labor and material to do what is right for the customer where as Shea, a multi million dollar company stands by and leave their brand new customer high and dry.

What you need to take away from this...you need plumbing work...call Matt at Bigos Plumbing. He will stand behind his work and will fix issues even if he didn't cause it. Stay far away from C & C Plumbing and be wary after you buy a home from Shea.

After a handful of plumbers complete plumbing and ac was the only plumbers to locate where my shower leak was. The owner Mike was surprisingly patient kind and gave me the feeling of trustworthiness.

I have dealt with too many company owners that will just say they can't help because they don't see any profit, or will estimate a ridiculous price. Mike took the time to make sure his tech didn't leave until they found my leak and I paid what he originally estimated the cost to be.

Our shower in the master bathroom flooded in the middle of the night.  Called quite a few places, most were answered by their dispatchers, but Diego answered for Overtime and came within 20 minutes.  The two men were very respectful, professional and explained things clearly.  Hopefully I won't have to call them at 4 AM again but would recommend their outstanding service to other people.

We had a great experience working with Rick,  He gave a very good price for installing a Water Softener Systems,  main water shut-off valve,  He did excellent job installing the systems,  clean out and testing well.  He had also replaced the bath tub faucets,  two Toto toilets and done with ease.  Rick is very friendly and professional guy and he knows his stuff. We are really happy with his works, he is my go to guy for any future plumbing,  great job!!! thanks Rick.

Warning!!!! Do not trust this company get a second opinion they just try to take us for almost $1000 getting two boilers repaired . So I called a different plumber he repair The two boilers in less than an hour one of them just needed to be reset it charge me less than 150$they will  take a vantage of you get a second opinion

Our toilet wasn't Flushing so I called on Trusty Plumbers. Daniel was scheduled to come out on Friday morning between 8 and 9 a.m. and he arrived about 8:20 a.m. and provided us with very prompt & efficient service with a smile. Our toilet was back in good working order in just a flash! I would highly recommend Trusty Plumbers to all my friends and family as they are honest, not overpriced and provide excellent customer service!

They were so patient and clear when explaining what exactly the issues are and what needs to be replaced. I wasn't too sure who to call for a gas plumbing issue, but turns out they do this too! I got fit in really quickly and the techs that came out made the whole thing painless. And now my new oven is sitting perfectly against the wall without a Huge project. Couldn't be happier. AND unbeknownst to me, my street was being slurried when they showed up, but they took it like champs and were able to roll with it instead of calling off the job! Did I mention they have a Veterans discount?

Very professional and responsive. They arrived at the scheduled time and promptly addressed the issue. They also left their work area cleaner than when they first started - that's much appreciated!

They did not get a chance to use the camera to assess the rest of the pipes but it is no fault to them. Would recommend and use again if I have any more plumbing issues!

We were having issues with drain flies and the bathroom backing up. Being on septic we weren't sure if the issue was septic or plumbing related. They were able to diagnose the problem with our pipes and educate us on our septic system.  Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Got a call from my wife saying that our sewer line is backed up went ahead called around yet the last sewer solutions gave me a call back within matter of minutes they came out to my property took a look at my issue fixed it within 30 to 60 minutes like they promised I have a broken sewer line found roots in my sewer line gave me a reasonable price to dig it up and replace it and even give me an extended warranty with a 10% first-time customer discount I will keep these people in my phone from now on I do recommend them to anybody looking for a good reasonable plumber thank you

I called you after reading reviews to take care of a big issue my 81 year old mother was having.  I am two hours away and needed someone who would not take advantage of her. It is really scary to trust someone to come into your mothers home, rip out a floor and do some major work.

You guys went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of her.  I cannot say enough good things, from helping her understand the process, to picking out tile, putting things just so, I was so relieved and so very happy in the way you treated her.
