I knew I was in need of my yearly hydro-jet service when my drains backed up this morning. My friend recommended Andrew's. Andrew quoted me a fair price, lower than my previous company, so I went for it.
I was surprised when he told me a camera inspection was included with the service. I got to see the before and after of the line( which the other guy didn't show me) which was awesome.
Overall I am extremely satisfied with the service I got today. Thanks Andrew.

What a great team! Tom and Phil showed up within 15mins of getting the call, and technically were off the clock by then. Stayed for 2 hrs working diligently to resolve the issue. When the job required more tools, they phoned the owner, Dave?, who dropped what he was doing at the shop and came to help. He was here within 10 mins of getting the call for extra help. We needed a new water heater and some ground pipes replaced. Also, we wanted a water conditioner for the whole house. Federico and his team provided excellent communication, a sense of humor, and quality workmanship. The price was lower than a local competitor, but the work was top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend So-Cal 1 Plumbing and Rooter to anyone needing his services.

We called several companies to take a look and give us estimate for our hot water line leak. Juan replied Yelp and communicated quickly. He and  his associate came on time with clean professional attier, mask and shose over. They took look at our newly renovated bathroom and other old bathroom, water heater and kitchen where leaking water is.
He adviced us to do epoxy piping. Unfortunately they don't operate it so he told us to call other company who does epoxy piping. I am very impressed by his professionalism and honesty. Other companies are ginving me hight cost repiping which I understand because  of water line is the life line.
We couldn't use him this time but he is the only plumer  who is stand on customer's side and beinh honest. I bet he does the job with those qualities. I just take time to acknowledge his quality.

Got a call from my wife saying that our sewer line is backed up went ahead called around yet the last sewer solutions gave me a call back within matter of minutes they came out to my property took a look at my issue fixed it within 30 to 60 minutes like they promised I have a broken sewer line found roots in my sewer line gave me a reasonable price to dig it up and replace it and even give me an extended warranty with a 10% first-time customer discount I will keep these people in my phone from now on I do recommend them to anybody looking for a good reasonable plumber thank you

We had a clogged shower but Adrian's all- purpose plumbing came through and unclogged it for me no issues at all.  All while being super kind and charging a more than reasonable price. I reached out on yelp and they were here within the hour. They even wiped up my shower floor for me when they were done. I will most definitely be calling them again. I use yelp all the time but never had a yelp account. I opened an account so I could leave this review. After I discovered I had a major leak where the main water line feeds into my house, I called these guys. It was Sunday afternoon so I figured I would get a voicemail. Nope, they answered and were at my house within 30 mins.  Bert showed up and found the leak at the riser near the main line. We thought it was my main line at first and my house has the type of pipe that can't be repaired only replaced. Bert was honest and told me could repair it because it was on the copper riser not the main line.  He saved me a couple of thousand dollars!! It is so refreshing dealing with a honest person and we have found our plumber for life!  Thank you Bert!

These guys are absolutely fantastic.  They took the time to explain everything very clearly, knocked out the work and provided a quote for another job at the same time.  Also, they were extremely professional and polite.  Not only will I use them for work with my ducting, anytime I have an issue going forward, I will be using BHI.

Very satisfied with these guys, dispatcher professional well mannered listens well and understands the issue first time. Plumber came out to the house right on time, shortly after dispatch. Plumber well dressed well mannered friendly. Plumber quickly resolved clogged toilet issue, then worked to clear main line, his insight as to where the clog was uncanny almost as if he could feel & see the problem.

Jose is super polite, professional, flexible, and responsive. He was honest from the get go and provided a quote when I made the appointment over the phone. He and his team provided quality work and left the place very clean. They were respectful, which I very much appreciate. They made calling plumbers a lot less painful than it has been in the past!

After dropping my husband off at the airport for a red eye to the east coast, I returned home to the sound of horror...  gushing water. After checking the bathrooms, water heater, washing machine, and even the fish tank, I realized that the sound was coming from under our house!

My husband replied to my panicked texts with a simple Stop worrying about the water bill and the drought. Plane is taking off. Shutting my phone  off now. Just call Sal's Plumbing. And so I did.

Not even 45 minutes later and I had an attentive plumber equipped with an extension cord light thingy taking a look under my house. He knew exactly what the problem was and put my mind at ease. He made no promises whether clamping the pipe would work, but fortunately it did. He could've just charged me for a whole pipe replacement, and I wouldn't have been the wiser.

Highly recommended, will definitely use again.  Alvino and Jesus were friendly and professional.  We went over each issue one at a time.  Each time Alvino would indicate whether servicing was actually needed, and if it did he would clearly explain the cause, what they were going to do and the cost.  For the one odd intermittent issue we have, he provided logical explanations and trouble signs for us to look for before requesting further service.

I have used Rooter Hero twice in the the last year and have had a great experience both times. The technician Danny was nice, on time, helpful and fixed my problems. Will use again.
