Todd talked me into hiring them last minute to fill
In a recent cancellation. He ensured me in doing this they'd get the job done quick and affordably. The job, was to paint a 10x12 room and set up a closet fixture from IKEA. First day Marco was there for 6 hours. In that time, he completed a layer of primer and a single coat of paint and removed an existing drawer set within the closet. That was it.
Todd then said they could be down the next day to finish painting. To my surprise, they never showed up. So a no call no show the second day in.
It wasn't until 7pm I was told they would try and get there to finish painting still never showed or provided further contact. Marco was there the third day, cursing loudly to himself. Making people in the house uncomfortable. 2 out of 3 times checking on the progress he was sitting on the bench informing me of what he finished and that he was working hard.
At the end of it, I calculated him there for 12 hours, they tried to charge me extra hours (14 hours total) So they wanted me to pay almost 1000 dollars for a room to be painted. All the pieces of the IKEA furniture are laid about everywhere for me to try and deal with.
The worst part of it, Todd was very intimidating in making me pay, they don't do a prior quote or contract so he is able to be. When I explained my frustration instead of trying to rectify the situation he demanded I pay him. When I finally agreed to the overpriced amount in fear of retaliation he went fishing the day I agreed to meet him, so I had to chase down his employee to settle the balance. I'd suggest against hiring these people. Marco was nice enough but sandbagged the whole job, Todd is on the phone to force you into paying whatever he desires. His 20 years of professional experience do not show. They aren't the type to listen, they will get their money and get out. Do not call, do not let them know where you live.

Rick responded to my job inquiry through Yelp very quickly and gave a fair estimate for the cost of installing a new bathroom sink faucet and repairing/replacing a shower faucet handle. Rick and Merick arrived in a timely manner and began work immediately. They took the time to explain why the shower faucet I purchased would be a much bigger job and instead advised that we find a replacement valve cartridge and handle which would be much more simple and cost efficient.
Rick and Merick was then able to track down the specific valve cartridge needed from a nearby Ferguson Plumbing Supply and complete the shower faucet repair the same day.
Their price was fair and their service and completed work is excellent. Rick and Merick are friendly, cordial, and knowledgeable in their craft. I would highly recommend their services for any plumbing issues or projects.
