Best Hot Water Recirculation Pump Installat… in Anaheim CA

I needed to add two main water shutoff valves, which I feel is a pretty standard service.  Two other plumbers I reached out to were requiring service call fees in order to provide me an estimated cost.  While I understand that might be required for leaks or unknowns, I found it odd that I couldn't even get a simple price estimate.  Joseph provided me an estimate, came out the very next day and got two valves installed in very little time.  I appreciate the way Trench conducts its business and the service was excellent.

If you have someone that you really dislike, make sure that you send them to B&B plumbing. I called B&B to fix or replace the mechanism that sends the water to the showerhead or to the spout of my bathtub. The guy came over finally and stayed about 5 hours and couldn't fix it. Luckily, I purchased the mechanism at Home Depot just in case he didn't carry it with him. He didn't even have a ladder to check the outside of the opening on the second story. He hammered on the mechanism for 5 hours until I insisted that I speak to the owner's son by phone. The owner's son sent Jose Ramirez over and Jose was able to cap it and then came over the next day to fix it. The owner said that he wouldn't charge me for the first day but I was charged for a bill of around  $700.00 dollars and got a crying wife. I tried to get a hold of the owner but he wouldn't answer the phone. I have used this same company 4 or 5 times,  but the old guys that were there before are gone. I wonder why? Never again!  Anaheim Hills.

We had Tim come out to our home to install a pressure regulator and check our reverse osmosis and soft water systems. Tim not only took the time to inspect everything he then took the time to explain everything to us. Tim is knowledgeable and does all the work himself. He arrived on time and kept the work area tidy. He is honest. We will hire him again when the time comes.

When it's time for your annual Backflow Device inspection, choose Biard & Crockett. They make it so very easy; just fax them the paperwork you received (it's just 1-page) and they do the test and file it with your water district. Simple and affordable--other companies and individuals quoted me a lot more for the job. Thank you Biard & Crockett. You're the best!

I was going to give them 2 stars, but 2 stars is Could have been better and 1 star is NOT GOOD which is more accurate.

My backyard drains have been draining v e r y s l o w l e y over the last few years and it was time to have them hydro jetted, so I contacted a few companies who came to give me estimates.

I should have gone with my gut and used another company who quoted me $75 less, but when these guys showed up for the estimate, they had all the equipment with them so on about December 13, 2022 - I went with them.

While there are no guarantees, which I understand, the technician Frank assured me that rarely can they not clear out the drains and make them work better.

What he DIDN'T tell me is they will leave your backyard in worse condition then before they showed up. (pictures attached)

Since I could not stay, I stupidly trusted that they would take care of everything. in fact, Frank had promised me that he would call me when he was finished and tell me how it went.

I left at 10AM and never heard from him... until I called he office the next day to voice my concern on the condition my yard was left, my dis-satisfaction that they broke most of the drain covers (pics attached and to this day they STILL have NOT been replaced - see video) and they left MUD on everything and everywhere (see pics). They used my hose and left in laying wherever they decided to bail out. They left a used glove and furniture turned over. There was sludge in my pool and jacuzzi - which my pool man needed to clean and add more chemicals to. So Ron, you can reimburse me $100 for.

HOW HARD IS IT TO REPLACE MY HOSE WHERE IT WAS WHEN YOU USED IT?

I called the office and asked to speak to the owner, but apparently it is a BIG secret as no one would say who he was. Instead I was connected with Ron, who is the manager or supervisor.

I explained in detail what the problem was and he told me that they had worked there longer than they had planned to (not MY problem / fault) and Frank said he did not get a chance to call me.... in 2 days.

What he also did not say is that somewhere along the line...they bailed out.


Actually, I did text Frank late the evening when I got home and he did text me back that he did not believe anything was amiss in my yard and that he could not get the drains to work as they were too congested and / or full of roots and some of the pipes were broken as well.

***Even though they drained slow as molasses, they did drain. Now, they do not drain at all and because of this, the water from the recent rains seeped into my garage through the fire door.

They did come back and hose off some of the concrete and kind of wrapped the hose back, but did not even get the correct size drain covers.
***Professional Drain Kings do not know what size cover to get?
And why did they break most of them... and NOT have replacement covers on the truck???

I was communicating with Ron for a few days and he refunded me some money for the shoddy job. They went out to estimate how much it would cost to make everything work and came back with an over 4k estimate, which I did not accept, so he stopped replying to my emails. I sent him another one the other day asking when they were going to replace the drain covers they broke... and he never replied... so I bought them myself.
If you are reading this Ron, you owe me another $150. $20 for the drain covers and $130 for my time going to Lowes, plus my labor!

Last weekend our plumbing backed up. We have a septic system and I called another local plumber in my area. Their appointment was for Monday between 10am-12pm. They didn't show up until after 1pm. Cleared the stoppage but wanted to go in with camera to see what was going on. Didn't have the camera with him so he had to leave and come back, which took him another hour! So now I had waited around for 5 hours dealing with this other company. When he came back he showed me how infested my main line pipe was with tree roots and said I would need to have trees taken out and piping replaced but didn't bother to clear the line of existing roots and still left me with a major problem that was just going to happen again. So the following day I had Courtesy Plumbing come out to take a look. They arrived bright and early and got right to work. They agreed that the suggested work needs to be done but was kind enough to clear the main line of existing tree roots to buy us some time to save up money and get trees removed, to get the job done. They didn't leave until that line was clear. Also made great suggestions on how to overall make our system better. They were polite, very informative and trustworthy. When we are ready to do repairs I will definitely being calling Courtesy Plumbing again.

Also wanted to add, even though it might seem like such a small detail, to me really showed the difference in the quality of businesses. The first plumbers that I had come out, the blades on the end of their snake were significantly smaller than those of Courtesy Plumbing. I commented on that right away when I saw the size difference. Even if the original plumber had tried to clear the roots, he never would have stood a chance with his puny blades.

Once again Bert saves the day! Saturday morning heard water running under the house or in the wall. Called First Option right away. Bert advised to turn off water main and he would be there soon. He did a very thorough job of figuring out the problem. Found leaking pipe in the wall and fixed it. We have had Bert's help many times and will continue to call him for all our plumbing needs. Bert's prices are fair and his work is impeccable! Thank you!

Bert and his son Adrian save the day again! My husbands brother and his wife are moving to Texas. The movers damaged the water valve behind their refrigerator. We needed it repaired same day. Well yesterday we had a leak. And once again First Option came and did a terrific

Bert shares much knowledge today.  We are having a strange whistling noise when water is run.  Bert stopped by for a house call and now we have theories to go on.  We did some testing and of course the sound did not appear when Bert was here.  But he has knowledge and experience and he showed me some possibilities.  I think his theory is correct.  He told me if not to record the sound on my phones video and send it to him for further investigation!  I love Bert and will continue to call him whenever plumbing issues arise. He is the best.   By the way he also does whole house filtration and as soon as we are ready for that he will be called in again!  You can't go wrong with Bert and his crew!

We just had Downey Plumbing replace a portion of a clogged sewer line under our driveway. The work was handled by Anthony and Ricardo. Couldn't be happier. They cheerfully answered all my dumb questions and the work was done in a timely manner. Clean up went well and we were operational in a few hours. Great job, you guys.

Our AC stopped working during the heatwave this summer, so I get a 8000$ quote from one of the companies to fix/replace it. I knew that the AC had some life left in it so ended up calling Henley's for a quote who agreed to send a senior tech-Daron- for a quick diagnostics.

Daron was highly experienced, very professional etc. etc. but I believe what sets him apart is his willingness to work with the owner and truly has their best interests in mind- which I think is a difficult quality to find nowadays as quite a lot of people are trying to make a buck off everything. He quickly diagnosed the situation, and got the AC back up running. This costed me under $100.

Extremely happy with how things went, definitely will use them again.

Incredible to know there is still a business out there with such an amazing philosophy. Worried the large brown spot on the ceiling was a serious leak from the upstairs bathroom I decided to take a chance and call All City Plumbing...on a SUNDAY...and on MEMORIAL weekend. Not only were they open but we were given a time slot of 12-2pm (it was already 12:05).
Troy was our service guy and he was so professional, not only in his appearance but his personality. He was courteous as he walked though the house and made a thorough assessment of our potential issues. He eased our minds and didn't suggest any outlandish work to be done. After 3 months, I finally have a working sink again! I have had construction going on in my house since July due to a burst pipe in my wall. When I finally thought I would have my kitchen back, I turned on my sink and I stepped in a big pile of water! :'( I called Pipe Bros and they were so helpful about sending someone out as soon as I was available. They were able to communicate to me via text (which with my busy schedule and not always being able to answer my phone, was very much appreciated). They called to let me know when the technician was 15 minutes away, and he had perfect timing! Kevin was very friendly and helpful. He fixed my leak in no time! I will definitely be keeping their card on hand for any future plumbing problems I have. 5 stars all the way :D

Call Mitch Clemons to repair my mother in law bath tub and the did a great job. They was very responsive to come out to give us a estimate and the next day they came out to do the repair. They kept us informed when he left his other job and they text us a picture of the person who was coming to do the repair.

J & l plunbing is so great. We had two broken showers. This could have been a very expensive fix, but i explained i just dont have alot of money and he fixed two baths for me  for 1/2 the price.  He also took a look at my brand new broken heater. He made sure all was good. Fixed that also. I didnt know about the air filter. He taught me for free. I highly recommend J & L plumbing.

I just had David and Jax here for basic plumbing work. They showed up early, were very professional and dog friendly. They explained all the work as they progressed and let me know the costs before continuing work. As always, there was more to the job (60 year old house) than we expected. They never once were not able to quickly overcome the new obstacles we encountered. I will always call Tweedy for my plumbing needs in the future. Great work Tweedy and your team.

My old water heater finally died and I had to get one replaced. I contacted a few plumbers and QP Plumbing gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. I contacted him a few days later to confirm the job and requested a written quote, which he promptly sent me a minute right after we talked. The next day Oscar arrived on-time as scheduled and replaced the water heater. It was all done in less than 2 hours.

Here's the rundown:
1. Super responsive.
2. Arrived on time.
3. Friendly and professional.
4. Very patient. He explained to me how to flush the water heater 3 times (!) as there were quite a few steps and I wanted to make sure I understood and remembered it. Sorry for asking you to repeat yourself Oscar - I appreciate it!

I can't recommend Oscar enough. He's definitely my go-to plumber for the future.
