We requested some assistance with our church sink leaking on the floor.

This guy is the real deal. I bought a water softener and requested a quote as his profile says quote in 20 minutes. Tim texted me within 10 minutes asking some questions. He came to my house the next day to figure out where it would go and he gave me the estimate. We scheduled a date for the installation, he showed up on time and installed the unit without any problems. He also installed a new reverse osmosis unit. Our toilet was making a howling sound when the sprinklers would turn on outside.  No clue what's was happening.  Board & Crockett came, assessed the situation, and repaired it very quickly.  Very knowledgeable company and reasonable pricing.

Found Courtesy Plumbing through Yelp after a city search and reading reviews through different local plumbers. We decided to call Courtesy Plumbing for an estimate as we had a general idea of what needed to be fixed. They do not give estimates over the phone but, however, they do offer free estimates in-person! We were able to schedule an appointment rather quickly (based on our schedule) and was provided a 4-hr window, which is a bit large but they do call prior to arriving so that is very convenient.

Rick called about 25 minutes prior to his arrival, as he was driving on the way from a nearby city. Once he arrived, he was very courteous. They certainly live up to their name!

We described to him the problem and he confirmed 2 possible scenarios, one of them being what we were guessing it was. He gave us the estimate and it was really close to the first of two (phone) estimates. Tip: Make sure to look at their online website for coupons! Rick honored the website coupons and voila! We were crossing our fingers that the first item fixed would fix the problem we had, that we wouldn't require the 2nd step. Problem solved after the first step!

I like learning and watching what is being fixed/repaired, and Steve explained every step. He was like now that you've learned it, you can change it next time! That was pretty awesome. I most likely will still call the plumbers because I'm always afraid of something going wrong with pipes and water damage.

Overall, great customer service, courteous, reasonably priced, and very professional! We love supporting local businesses and this company has been in business since 1970.

I currently live in the Fullerton area and we had been having a major leak on one of our outside broken pipes. My three roommates and I had been freaking out about it not knowing what to do, since money is tight. We then got in touch with First Option Plumbing Inc. and within the day we had our plumbing specialist Daniel Meyer on sight and ready to help. He provided us with great knowledge and even better service while being super friendly. His kind gestures and good sense of humor made the experience that much more enjoyable. When it came down to the pricing he really worked with us and gave us a fair and honest price. If you're anywhere in the Orange County area I would HIGHLY recommend First Option Plumbing Inc. for any plumbing issue of any kind.

The afternoon before, our water heater went out and we couldn't get the pilot light to come on. Now we've really had some crackerjack characters called rooters or plumbers come out over the years, really gets old. The next morning, for some strong notion and thought, I called Downey plumbing heating & air conditioning. They showed up in twenty minutes to do a diagnostic overview of my heater. The heater water chamber was shot and about four items were below code. Frank and George came up with a recommended heater, and a permanent cure to get everything up to code and additional extended maintenance warranty to boot. Within afew minutes, my wife and myself were offered a quote that we both said yes to, with no discussion. Frank & George, took care of everything and that quote included hauling away the old heater and did a nice cleanup effort. These guys and their company are in sync with each other: very polite, well mannered, work habits showed a sign of professional training & skill for what they did for us, our home, they have earned our trust. For sure, we will be calling on you!

Mathew showed up in a very timely manner and within the window scheduled, took all COVID-19 precautions, and was able to troubleshoot my kitchen sink within 15 minutes and provide an estimate to replace a pipe, if needed.  Would highly recommend this all-star team!! A+

Found All City through Yelp - called, set up appt for today and Jason and Geo responded.  They were courteous, professional, explained everything as they went along and gave us options so we felt part of the process.  I would highly recommend them and their company.  We will keep their name/card handy for any issues in the future.  Thank you Jason/Geo for assisting us.

I am so grateful to the Yelp reviewers for their positive reviews of Brian.  I was skeptical and wondered if they might be fake but I experienced the same wonderful service.  He deserves every great comment on here.  We recently had our house remodeled including all of the plumbing using a bigger company and they were ok.  Given that the house was remodeled, I can't tell you how upsetting it was that a month ago, the hot water was going on/off.  My husband was in a hurry to get to work and didn't call the company who remodeled the house and called Mike Diamond.  I don't like to say bad things but I do have to now.....The plumber came out and charged us over $100 to slightly tweak the device that regulates the heat and sure enough a month later on a Sunday morning, we have no hot water. We called Mike Diamond and got some perfunctory service saying they couldn't come out til Monday and were completely unhelpful and uncaring even though, in our opinion, this fiasco was due to their not properly handling the problem in the first place.  Our contractor came out on Sunday (very nice!) and said to call the company who we used for the remodel.  They didn't call back until Sunday night....I took a chance and followed Yelp suggestions to text Brian.  Within a few minutes, he responded back and asked me to send a photo of our water heater.  Within a few minutes more, he knew what the problem was and told me he would have an estimate by 7:30 am Monday and didn't want to waste our money to come out now because he needed a part.  Sure enough he followed up with an estimate early Monday and as it turns out my husband decided to get a new water heater.  My husband was very impressed with him because of his detailed knowledge and prompt response.  He kept us informed about his exact time of arrival and sure enough, he fixed everything just fine.  We HIGHLY recommend him!  Pricing was reasonable.

This was my second time using Mitch Clemmons Plumbing and they were just a great this time around.  I needed my faucet replaced in my bathroom.  Honestly it's a job I've done myself several times but I bought a faucet with different size hoses than my existing hookups (oops) so naturally I called MCP to help me install it.  The tech was nice, arrived on time and finished the work quickly.  The pricing was upfront with no hidden costs built in. Excellent and prompt service. I couldn't repair the kitchen faucet and gave up. I called Tweedy and they came onto the house right away. They are a bit expensive compared to other plumbers I've hired in the past, but the plumber was professional and did a great job.

I had a major clogging today.  Found QP Plumbing on Yelp.  Called and spoke with Oscar and told him my situation.  He showed up to my house within 20 minutes.  He diagnosed the issue and took care of it diligently.   He was also very professional and reasonable with his prices.
